I bought a dryer on June 18. delivered on June 22 . One day later calling them ,the door won’t shut ,the steam unit runs down the front of the dryer onto the floor. They come out say yep it’s broke the customer service person says bring it back Iask when will Iget a replacement answer July23. I told him I can’t be without a dryer for a month . I ended up getting to keep the dryer that the steamer won’t work or the door has to be slammed to shut . They bring the new dryer ,they can’t hook it up because the first professional installation men took the elbow off my old dryer . They told me I would have to go back and get an elbow . I did this. .IThey said make a new appointment. I did they never show up (truck breaks down) I call them out on that lie because they used it the week before. Three week’s waiting for the dryer to be installed still hasn’t happened Iam soooo over HOME DEPOT IWILL NEVER STEP FOOT IN THAT STORE AGAIN . I PAYED NINE HUNDRED DOLLARS CASH THE MANAGER SAID HE WOULD CALL ME RIGHT BACK. STILL WAITING FOR HIS CALL

Wanted a smaller stand up freezer and also bought a new Maytag refrigerator at such a good price I couldn’t resist. Friendly service, polite, helpful and very informative. Thank you.

It took 3 weeks with alot of phone calls and visits to the store to finally be able to pay and get the doors ordered. Spoke to management and they were very helpful.

Haven't received the products yet. But the service we were provided was excelent.

Everytime we go employees are always helpful! They always have what we need and someone always ask if we need help with anything. We also always see an employee, as where other places we go we can not find someone and the other stores never have what we need! Also the prices are usually cheaper!!

Well if you shop here and are a vet register you info on the website so you can use the your phone number because I was told the store manager watched the cameras for employees giving discount with ID proof which is not good. The vets need to use the website and phone number unless your Vietnam vet you don't have to worry a out the online registration. Because a phone number is more legit than a state issued ID.

I cannot reach the store by phone. I need help with installation.

Considering buying 40 volt Ryobe 20" mower to replace Toro for the back yard. It's hilly and lighter Ryobe easier for me to handle. Toro bought used not maintained extremely heavy not Self propelled. Friends email withholding @ their request.

We are never disappointed shopping at this store. They always have what we need for very reasonable rates and the employees go above and beyond for you.

I could spend hours dreaming up projects at HD, including for kids.

I had to walk around and find someone to help me with a item that was locked up it would be much better if they had a button on the end of aisles to push so that they kno you need help in that aisle I didn’t mind doing it but was in a time crunch and it took about twenty to thirty mins to get what I came for

we have shopped the home depot store for several years. the store always has what we want and need. we have been very satisfied with the products and service we have received from this store.

These guys stepped up to help me get the best products to complete my order and to give me a deal on some to male up for out of stock items. The manager helped me pick perfect boards and load my flat cart. I have been building things for 50 years. I have had a construction business for 40 and believe me when I say these guys are like the old lumber yards.

I’ve been in and out of Home Depot all week remodeling/finishing our new home. Every time someone was there to help and give great advice.

Great store to shop at with alot of helpful and knowledgeable employees. Sometimes you have to order things and wait for them to come in as this is not a supercenter. Some services are not offered here, but they can help you get info and directions to stores that do offer the services you need. Also returns are easy and pickups go smoothely for ordered items.
