So, I went into this store looking to buy a Makita circular saw...... I was greeted by Cedric, what a friendly amazing man! I had waked over to the saws to look at them, then when I realized that I needed to be assisted, and that he could not personally help me, due to being the self-checkout associate. He called another gentleman that came with haste to the isle to assist me with my purchase. This man was great at what he does, and was able to direct. me to not buying the saw, but perchasing the 2 makita batteries.... AND GUESS WHAT!!!! THE SAW WAS FREE WITH THAT PURCHASE!!!! WIN FOR ME I MUST SAY!! I am very happy with this location! The employees smile, help people make good purchase decisions, and just all together kick butt!!! THANKS FOR BEING YOU!!!! P.S BRING BACK THE HOT DOGS!!!

I feel comfortable shopping the Springfield Store and was confident that finding a plastic mattress bag for mattress disposal would be a success. It was!

Looks great deep enough to wash dishes even come with a faucet and all the connections needed to install it. Upgraded the faucet to a better on but will keep the included one for a back up it would have worked just fine but I wanted one with sprayer attached to the faucet.

Every major purchase through this store has been handled from beginning to end with customer service superior to most box store mentality on the subject. They really care about their customers and it’s apparent from the beginning of the visit to the end. Great store and staff!

What I have bought from Home Depot in the last 20 years my snowblower, refrigerator, flooring, sumpumps, tools, paint an supplies, sinks, vanities, washer an dryer, lawnmowers, Ryobi batterie power tools…and many other things and never had a problem with them .

The deals are always awesome. The staff is super helpful and the store is super clean

I bought some mulch, and appreciated the process. I was able to drive around the side and employees were available to load the mulch into my vehicle. This process was very helpful and quick, especially as the mulch was wet and heavy. Employees were working hard and the process was efficient!

I prefer buying from HomeDepot than most stores. They always have helpful sale associates, a nice selection, we love the Behr paint and plant sections.

Unlike the big Blue store, Big Orange knows their stuff and has a better-trained, available, and competent staff! My experience, time after time after time.

This is the second kitchen remodel I have purchased from Home Depot working with Michelle Petch. The first was my primary residence and the second is a rental property. Both projects were completed by Michelle and she is absolutely great to work with. Would highly recommend a kitchen remodel working with Home Depot.

Home Depot has it all! They value their customers and veterans. This store is always well stocked with all the supplies you need and the customer service is amazing!

We purchased 10 bags of white rocks for our landscaping and the cashier let us know that buying 12 would save us money. As usual, we were very pleased with their product and customer service at the Home Depot.

All the purchases have been great. Recently purchased a dishwasher and I love it!

Springfield needs to have a Home Improvement store that caters to all ranges of abilities and this store is not only helpful to the professional trades people but also the person who is a novice and really needs the help and guidance. Thanks!
