I had been planning to purchase toilets for a long time to replace the old and non-efficient ones we currently have, I shopped around and spoke with people a couple times before this visit, So, I had in mind what I was looking for, I did consult with a person in plumbing this time also, even though he was busy, he did answer questions I had, When I was ready to check out, instead of feeling rushed and being treated like just a paying customer, the cashier who assisted me, Ms. Almaz, was kind, & courteous & ensured I received my military discount when I presented my retired military id card, She also ensured I had gotten everything I needed and asked how my experience I was. This ended my shopping experience in a most positive way.

Needed top soil for daffodils and tulips that were beginning to grow due to the warm weather. Had to pay over twice as much for a garden soil substitute. Wish top soil was available year round. However, David was superb pointing out the benefits of the Home Depot card and guiding me through the application process. The $25.00 off the purchase was a New Year's treat as well.

The staff at this store are always very helpful!

It's close to my home and they always have products in stock. The staff is always friendly and knowledgeable of products. Not to mention check is fast and smoothe. However, you can be in the store for hours looking at all the products you potentially need for you home. I love going to this home depot. There is always parking as well.

Nixon was the most wonderful staff member to work with. He was a phenomenal help to my fiancé and I in helping us find exactly what we needed for our first and new home. Nixon went far out of his way to provide above and beyond customer service. We are so grateful for his expertise, warmth, and kindness throughout this experience and look forward to returning to this location!

This store was selling a lot of things for the house's needs at affordable prices, having cheerful workers enthusiastically help customers find what they need.

The Springfield Home Depot is excellent. I've been renovating my home over the last few months and the Springfield Home Depot has been the primary source of all the renovation materials I've required as well as sourcing skilled technicians to install more complex items at a reasonable cost. The Springfield Home Depot staff are excellent. The staff are knowledgeable, friendly, courteous and helpful. The employees go out of their way to make customers feel comfortable and they all have a high level of customer service. These qualities are what keeps me returning to the Springfield Home Depot.

I purchased a safety gate and the wrong item was inside the box when I opened it. Employees did not do their best to help me leave satisfied with Home Depot. Very disappointed.

All associates that i have been in contact with at this store are very helpful. I don't have any problem with getting help at this store which makes my shopping experience very nice.

This store with the new set up for pickups, exchanges and cash registers is by far easier to navigate. I strongly recommend it over other locations that are not yet in this type of set up.

Cashier Janice is a gemy

Retirees should shop on Monday or Tuesday. The store is crowded on the weekend.

I dread going to Home Depot sometimes because of the parking lot (especially on Saturday). The entry and exit give me anxiety. The owner should spend a little money to reconfigure the entrance/exit perhaps to move back the curbs. As a short term improvement, hey should add a little pavement markings to make the entry/exit 3 lanes. One entering and two exiting. Also, the pedestrian crossing into the outside lot from the garden center slows exiting vehicles which can be a hassle and dangerous. Perhaps some pedestrian signing here could encourage pedestrians to consider allowing cars to exit and enter more freely. Some other users have also mentioned that they dislike the functioning of the current parking lot.

The staff is friendly and quick to give you assistance.
