I’ve seen good improvement in both Home Depot’s store associates as well as seasonal stock items for the Christmas.

I am writing for overall experience and help that I have been getting throughout the time of my visits at HD. I am writing to send a big thank you for the assistance that has been provided to me throughout the years that includes finding the tools, and materials and other questions I have been looking an answer for. I do truly appreciate the hard and honest work that the HD's employees are putting in and I am wishing you all a happy holiday. Thank you SC

I purchased eléctrical wire and received guidance to finish a fireplace. It was quick and the floor rep came over to help us. I didn't have to flag him down.

I have been shopping at this Home Depot for two decades and have never had a bad experience. It gets quite busy at the expected times (weekend mornings, etc), but I've always been able to find what I've needed and the staff has always been very helpful. As a retired, disabled servicemember, I also appreciate the military recognition the company shows in so many ways.

Yesterday, late in the evening I made one copy each of two keys. When I was paying by credit card, jut as I was going to press on email receipt and printed receipt, a lady employe stepped forward and indicated by a button on the screen that I did not want an email receipt. She said she could return the purchase and then make an identical purchase but this time with an email and paper receipt. This occurred. Today I see that I made two purchases (identical) but there is no refund. I went back to the store and learned that the refund will take 3 to 5 days. ---I then made a different purchase and noted on the machine that I wanted an email and paper receipt, but after that the transaction moved forward without asking me for my email. I am really fed up with Home Depot not having computers that can accomplish ordinary transactions. I returned this latest purchase and now I'm waiting for my refunds. From here on out I will make purchases with cash only, assuming the store still refunds cash purchases with cash. -- At this trip to the store this evening I noted the usual filth, a fine, thick dust on products offered for sale. I took a photo of a "Hybrid Resilient Plank Flooring" stacked on an endplate where everyone walks by. I do not know how to upload it here - on my computer. But, Home Depot, just cal this store and ask them to take a photo. This store is always a pigsty.

I’d like to shout out Sean from the gardening + paint section and Miguel from the paint section. I needed a few items from around the store for deck maintenance. Sean asked how he could help, and since it’s my first time re-staining the deck and I asked Sean for advice, and he brought me to get each item. He then asked Miguel to help me get the last remaining items in paint. They were both incredibly patient, friendly and helpful in getting me what I need. Thank you!!!

I needed to purchase spindles and railings for my stairs. The people in the doors and widows department, were very knowledgeable and helpful.

Employees did not know where products were located, several acted like they didn’t even speak y.

I have no problem driving a few extra miles to come to this store. The service I received was extremely excellent. People at this store is happy to have a job and they show it.

I am so happy to write a very positive review as I got outstanding service last Saturday. Two employees at different times walked me to the product I was looking for. It can be unnerving trying to find a small item like picture hanging hardware there, and the signs aren't very helpful to people who aren't used to fixing things in the house. So, I was thrilled to get such extraordinary help from the employees.

This is our go to place for mulch, plants, tools and more. Customer service is great and unlike other stores help is always around. Most often everything that we need is in stook and if not it’s shipped to our door or store.

I walked into Home Depot with pieces of pipes and not so great pictures. With Emmanuel”s knowledge, patience and interpersonal skills, I, 72 year old lady, left with everything needed to have my sink repaired.

Anytime I need an appliance I come here. Staff is knowledgeable and extremely helpful. Prices are good and many choices in stock. Highly recommend.

I bought this side panel accessory and completed my a/c installation in one afternoon!

I was planning on renovating my whole home through HD and paid for things getting door measurements through them only for them to come back and tell they won't install anything but still want me to purchase the items through them because the contractor they sourced the work through didn't want to upload the measurements

Not Happy with the service I received today from the young white kind looking girl in paint department and their manager who stated that legally the girl can just point you the product and not walk you to the product.

Lydia at customer service was very rude! Didn’t want to allow us to leave the vanity we purchased at the store for 20 mins while we get a bigger vehicle for it. She said we’d have to return it then come back and buy it again. Sounded like foolishness. The other employees were sweet and let us leave it there for less than 30 mins.

This store is one I visit regularly for numerous household items. They have everything in this store, and the employees are fantastic!
