Before you look for products you have to spend time looking for a staff

This location was very neat and the staff was friendly.

From the parking lot to shopping completion the store looks friendly and welcoming. The parking lot and store is clean. The store staff is welcoming approachable and helpful. Fully stocked shelves. I don't know if there is a way to realign the parking lot to get in and out but it might be helpful to be able to park the cars at angle. The store does have a second level parking area but I don't usually use it.

The store is well organized and the employees are top notch.

Overall store review very good (much better than store on South Pickett, where customer service is very bad) . Reason I do not shop at Springfield store more often is customer parking and entering and exiting parking. Store is located on main six lane road with traffic light entrance and exit.

I love Home Depot as I can find the items I want to buy right away. I am renovating my bathroom and bought all the tiles, paint, and many many more with the help of the person who renovate my bathroom.

I always had a pleasant experience at the Springfield, VA store. All of the associates I have dealt with were very friendly and helpful. I always found someone to help me even on weekends. I live closer to the Woodbridge store but many times I could hardly find anybody to help me especially in the lumber area.

Staff was excellent, best service :-)

We really love living so close to this Home Depot, it's very convenient to our home. It has so many friendly experts who give advice, from the paint department, the lighting, gardening, etc. We are probably here once a week during the spring, summer and fall as we work on improving and maintaining our home and yard. We love the large variety of outdoor supplies they keep in stock, the different plants/flowers as well as the high-end fixtures and lumber supplies as we make improvements to our home.

Great store loaded with on sale or sale items, friendly associates, and store managers. They are willing to give help and find items for you. They can match price to satisfy customers. Great location and easy access in/out.

Excellent Experience - I am pretty handy, so I usually know what I need, then find the stores that carry what I need, evaluate the best buy (quality, availability, price), then go in and buy it. We wanted to install carpet in our basement den. This home depot had a style we wanted readily available. The people who assisted us in the store, did the measurements in our home, and did the follow-up were pleasant and helpful. The style and availability of what we wanted was good, the time to install was good, and free installation (including removal of the old carpet was great. Overall a great value.
