Would love for Home Depot to accept military status on driver's licenses to qualify for the military discount. We shop at Lowes most of the time because we get 10% off with just the military designation on the driver's license. Seriously, don't make us jump through hoops for this discount.

For the most part the store employees are very friendly and helpful. The only complaint that I have is that they display large appliances sometimes along the walkways. When you are pushing a heavy cart from one side of the store to the other and there is a lot of people in the store it is really hard to navigate the narrow walkways.

This store has been very helpful to us making our second and what will be our retirement home very comfortable for us.

This store is filled with great employees and I love shopping here. The store is clean and well stocked and I will continue to purchase my home improvement items at this home Depot store. Kudos to the management and employees.

We had been to another home improvement store and were basically ignored even tho there was an employee sitting about 5 feet away. The employee at Home Depot was very friendly. We were looking for a dishwasher and he showed us several options that would meet our needs. He suggested one that was on sale, almost a 100$ saving, and that was the one we went with as it was pretty much the same as our old one. He was never pushy or dismissive which was so nice. Other employees in the store were friendly and greeted us. We will be coming back to this store

Exceptionally friendly staff. Nice clean store, well organized. Cashier at Refund Counter took care of me although I was not returning anything and she was very cheerful -- brightened my day.

I like their selection of safety grab bars for bathrooms etc. Particularly the Glacier Bay units. I bought 4 of them, one at a time.

Employees are very nice and always asking if I need some help.

Home depot is da bomb! After a phone order was messed up it took Heather Givens (Customer Service) a couple of phone calls to make sure things were right and we were happy with our order. We then asked her where another item was located in the store and she gave us directions to what we needed. Thank you home depot for having this caliber of employee in customer service..How lucky you are to have her.

Great experience, minor issue with one employee but nothing serious, found another employee that was more than happy to help and we found what we needed quickly. Overall pretty good experience.

The patio dining set I wanted was in stock and there was one also on display. This helped me to make up mind that this was the set I wanted. A couple of the gals in the garden center pulled it off the racks, inspected it for damage and helped me to load it. They were very helpful and friendly and so was the Lady in customer service. I appreciate the 10% military discount as well.

I am not a big shopper, but was looking for an item I asked a lady at the paint counter, told her what I was looking for pointed in the right direction and went right to what I was looking for Taylor the cashiers was very outgoing & friendly Good visit

The people in this store are very helpful and kind. They make me feel good about being there and get my jobs done right. They are always asking if I need and help or have any questions. I like that in a store employee!

Friendly people, excellent customer service!

I am very happy to have Home Depot where I live. It is easy to get to, has plenty of parking and has an electric cart for me to use. Your store has just about everything I need when I go shopping except groceries. The staff is always friendly and happy. It makes me happy to visit this store.

We came to store to get a specific leaf blower. The shelf was empty. We went to customer service and paid for the leaf blower we wanted and were told it would arrive the next day, but to call before driving (40 miles) to the store. We called two days later and were told that it would arrive four days later. I called back later that day and talked with customer service about getting it delivered. I was told that they would check on the status of my order. When he returned four or five minutes later I was told they would give me a call when it arrived sometime next week...REALLY (they hadn't even determined who was calling). I don't like being lied to and everyone I'd talked to had done just that.

I needed specialized help with a door lock and the person I needed to see was busy with another customer. I was waiting because I felt it was worth it, however, the person I was waiting for became unavailable. Another associate came to assist me and he was able to make the specialized repair I was waiting for. While I waited, several associates inquired if I was being helped and I told them I was waiting for a certain associate because I felt the wait was worth it. Everyone was attentive to my needs and I was never ignored by anyone. This store has a great group of employees working there and I would not hesitate to recommend it to anyone. I had a perfect shopping experience.

Our favorite stop when we have a home improvement itch!

I needed to return an item that I did not have a receipt for... the associate immediately tried to help my by offering a gift card for the return amount if I did not have the original credit card for the intial purchase. The items were not Home Depot brand after all... but she was VERY nice and friendly about it!!! Then, I was hunting a mop and bucket kit. I needed help and was assisted immediately. VERY nice visit to the store today!

A store associate found us when we were in plumbing looking for map gas. He took us to the tool dept and showed us where the product was located and he then helped us with shop vac bags. Very positive shopping experience.

We needed to return a hose that blew up and the staff was very nice and we checked out in a speedy fashion.

Everything was in its place not cluttered at all. Floor clerks were very nice and neatly dressed.

I needed help with an air compressor and i wasn't sure which one i should get, the employee was very knowledgeable and walked me through several brands eventually helping me find the perfect match,

the service desk person helped me with my painting project, she was very pleasant to work with and color matched my paint perfectly
