Absolutely baffling the lack of concern or attention with customers, the ignorance of employees and their lack of motivation to help, if you can ever find one you basically have to beg and beg and beg for any sort of help. Don’t go there if you can go anywhere else.

store is poorly run and managed. do not trust them with will call pickup. Make sure item is actually in stock! Wasted my whole afternoon running back and forth for a big purchase. Staff is very poorly trained and managed

Customer Service. Alex the store manager has helped and assisted me with several projects and his associate Jennifer is great with customer care. Ms. Donna in flooring has worked with me to receive the best product, selection and overall gentle and patient customer care for the past few months. The team at Home Depot is except I wish the vinyl flooring install was more like a special for repeat customers(free install for a limited time) or even 99 cent install for a limited time) like the carpet. The Bearr paint rep was exceptional with ideas and willing to assist with my home needs

OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE BY MINIAH - Went above and beyond to find a Dwalt battery charger in the back of the store, because the shelf was empty. Veterans's Discount is awesome. Great selection. Easy check out. Lots of parking. Great holiday sales! Had keys made by an awesome representative, but I forgot to get her name. She had a long line of people waiting to help and she was very polite, professional, and multi-tasked the situation perfectly. Rojelio super efficient! 7.5.24 at 7:33 pm

Though not the biggest Home Depot they always seem to have everything on one's shopping list and excellent customer service. This is always my first stop because seldom do I need to make another trip elsewhere.

This is one of my favorite Home Depot store location.

No matter what it is that I need Home Depot always have it fully stocked.

I purchased a refrigerator and ice maker. The ice maker was out of stock and not available for two months. That in itself is bad enough. I could live with that but Home Depot is charging me an extra $60 for delivery and installation of this item since it is being delivered at a later point in time. That is just not right! So aggravated with that charge. They should suck it up.

The customer cashier Gail was very helpful and gave me service that was above and beyond the average cashier. I'm so very grateful for her assistance, courtesy attitude, and patience. 💕

Richard in Lumber was awesome. Shawn Tornin was extremely polite and knowledgeable, he packed my vehicle with all my lumber and items. Also walked me down multiple isles of the store educating me. Deborah went out of her way to check on me and to make sure I was having a great experience.

I recently purchased a faucet from Home Depot and was lucky enough to have Paul from plumbing assist me. Not only did they help me find exactly what I was looking for, but they also kept me entertained with their witty jokes and funny stories. You rarely encounter an employee who can make shopping for faucets a fun experience! I would definitely recommend Home Depot to anyone looking for great products and even better customer service.

Ive been looking for a specific item since July. I finally saw that it was in stock. Gerard with the MET was so helpful. He we t above and beyond to help me get what i needed. Super grateful for him for being so kind

Had a person named Wyatt help out with a return without a receipt and then a rebuy of another item. He was knowledgeable and courteous and quickly fixed my issue.

I received excellent customer service from the two Home Depot employees, Willie & Romario. They were both friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable. I believe Romario was in training or maybe a new hire, but Willie came over and stopped what he was doing in order to assist Romario with my credit card purchase. Romario was patient and explained everything to me as I waited for Willie to help Romario. Both employees thanked me for my patience and business and shook my hand afterward. These two employees are a perfect example of professionalism, kindness, and excellent customer service. I will be returning to this location/store because of this wonderful experience I had tonight! Thank you Romario and Willie!

I've shopped at other Home Depots, however this store appears to be my favorite. I've purchased just about the whole line of ryobi battery operated items, lawn mower, blower, weed wacker, hedge trimmer, drills, pole saws, and many other items. The staff is always very helpful whenever I shop in person or just picking up an item. The grand children are so excited you have the craft day on the first Saturday of each month. We just love Home Depot - cardholder for many years.
