The employee name Yogi has provided exceptional customer service. She answered all our questions, and proceeded to help us acquire a washer and a dryer that works best for our needs. Yogi went beyond being of great assistance, in the laundry department, and also helped us find three sets of ceiling fans. I have taken time to praise the great work of this individual, and I hope she gets acknowledged for her professionalism, and her hard work and dedication to the TheHomeDepot store, and its customers!

I had an extremely tough time locating a paint color and he was able to explain to me the different reasons I should go with each option I selected. Just generally a helpful guy that provided excellent customer service.

Mr. Chuck and Ms. Faye when beyond the call of duty on 03/26/22. Mr. Chuck, in the garden center, addressed all of my questions and concerns promptly. I've wasted a lot of money purchasing repellents for my home. Mr. Chuck was very knowledgeable about the products on the shelf and sold by competitors. All of the items that Mr. Chuck recommended worked well in ridding my environment of unwanted pests. Ms. Faye impressed me by assisting me at self-checkout.

We were aggressively stopped after leaving self checkout by an older blonde employee and the self checkout associate, our receipt was snatched without word to us taken behind the customer service counter, when they brought it back the older employee, im assuming tl/ front end manager rifled through our cart while muttering "its not all there." Not once did she directly address us and blatantly ignored our multiple attempts to ask what was going on, she then stormed off, the self checkout employee reviewed our items, and apologized profusely, so kudos to her. But the other employee made us feel profoundly uncomfortable for no discernable reason except potentially because we don't dress like average south tampa folks. I can't stress it enough how vile the experience made me feel after what was a very normal shopping experience.

Romana, the associate that helped me in the lighting and electrical department went above and beyond my expectations. She was very knowledgeable, courteous and enthusiastic to help. A true asset to the company and was the sole factor in having a delightful shopping experience.

I was getting moving boxes when Kelvin noticed I had too many and offered to get me a cart. He also pointed out one of the boxes was warped at the edge and got me another. It was late and I was exhausted (moving sucks) and this excellent customer service really made my day. Thanks Kelvin!

Cassandra from doors and windows Rocks!!!! She friendly,pleasant and courteous most of all very knowledgeable about items outside of her department.

Older white gentleman ran away from me to a younger Latino gentleman who noticed me trying to get his attention, looked me in my eyes and turned his back. Older gentleman has attitude like I know where everything is and talks down on me. Younger dirty blonde lady also ran from my girlfriend while on her phone into an aisle. Special shout-out to Rudy from painting, Fiamma at checkout and the younger blonde man who called for help for us on the intercom(which also never showed) If I just dealt with these 3 individuals, 5 stars for sure cuz they were amazing. I understand customers suck, but it’s your job, make it quick, make it nice, and we both move on. Only reason I’m writing this review was for those 3 outstanding employees

Products are mostly available otherwise they will help you to place the order which will be delivery very quick . My order for a vinyl floor was ready within 2 days .

This was the third or fourth time I have been in this store and was once again very happy for going there. As soon as I walked in the door this morning a very ice woman said "Good Morning" and asked me if I needed any help. As a matter of fact I did. I told her I needed a toilet flapper and she nearly walked me to it! I was really happy about that. Other employees greeted me as well as I passed them. I pass two other places to get here, and I will continue to do just that for this great customer service!

A store is only as good as their management team. Their performance trickles down and influences all the employees and the customers. Today, the manager of the Stadium Home Depot helped me with a difficult return. After she solved my problem, she helped me get the custom lumber order I needed. Your staff worked together to give me an outstanding customer experience. What a team!

After looking up an item on my phone and the location of the item the part was not there. An associate told me where to find the part and it wasn't where he said it was. Then he disappeared.

You are greeted when you enter. The associates will always help you. This store is not so huge that you get lost in the aisles, yet the store has what you are looking for 98% of the time.

As a general contractor and a business owner . This is the first time I’ve ever come to a Home Depot and felt like this. I came to buy concrete for my crews this morning. I bought 20 bags of concrete. The cashier called the loader to come, two came. The older loader, came and asked what are you here for concrete? Then points to the concrete and says there it is. What do you need a cart? Then points saying there they are. The older guy left a younger guy kept watching me and then he left. I won’t recommend us Home Depot to anyone

Customer service in the garden area almost nonexistant. Cashier called for loading assistance but no one showed up.

I ducked in to this store on my lunch break to grab a keyless lock. I was in a hurry and did not know which lock I needed for my situation. The sales clerk pointed me to exactly what I needed and Luz the cashier checked me out quickly. Overall, it was a good experience and I like the lock.

Super nice people there. Very helpful for a guy like me who isn't really great at home improvement or "handy man" projects.
