When you’re a CPG company, Excellent Custer Service is always required for success. On my most recent visit to HD 0256, I encountered some one that most companies would hire her on the spot, and pay for relocation, we my company meting one of them! Abigail is an absolute credit to herself, the Home Depot, and should be commended, not just her passion for the job & people, but based on my interaction with her, she did not she problems as problems, but as opportunities! While this young lady could not have been more than 22, her wisdom and approach, far surpass that of most! This too, will take her far, both professionally and personally.

I bought a dishwasher and paid for it to be delivered and installed. When the delivery was made, they discovered that they could not install the dishwasher. Now, I have to find a plumber to complete the installation. This is the 2nd time that I have made a purchase that needed to be delivered and installed. The first time, they later said they couldn't deliver or make the installation. This time, they couldn't do the installation. I won't shop at Home Depot again.

Love n in the paint department is a hidden gem ! Her extensive knowledge, all products, her patience, professionalism, and customer skills are top notch!

FROM THE TIME I WALKED INTO THE STORE, I WAS GREETED BY AN ASSOCIATE SHAUN DICKEY. IT WAS A SUNDAY MORNING, HE GREETED ME SAID GOOD MORNING AND ASKED IF THERE WAS SOMETHING I NEEDED. I AM FROM NAPLES SO I HAD NEVER BEEN IN THIS STORE BEFORE. I NEEDED HARDWARE, SHAUN PERSONALLY WALKED ME TO THE SECTION AND HELPED ME. I THEN ASKED ABOUT WIRE TO RUN IN MY OUTDOOR SHED, AND AGAIN SHAUN WALKED ME TO THAT LOCATION AND HELPED ME FIND WHAT I NEEDED. NEVER HAD PERSONAL SERVICE LIKE THAT, I WAS IN AND OUT FAST WHICH I LIKE. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK.

I wanted to take a minute to email you regarding on of your customer service employees named Gail. I don’t normally send in emails or reviews, but I felt the need to this time. Gail is an AMAZING home depot employee. She went out of her way to help me find an item that I have been searching for and calling for. She went above and beyond compared to what any other home depot store or employee had ever done. I am truly grateful. She should be applauded!! No other store was this helpful or this nice. The employee name Yogi has provided exceptional customer service. She answered all our questions, and proceeded to help us acquire a washer and a dryer that works best for our needs. Yogi went beyond being of great assistance, in the laundry department, and also helped us find three sets of ceiling fans. I have taken time to praise the great work of this individual, and I hope she gets acknowledged for her professionalism, and her hard work and dedication to the TheHomeDepot store, and its customers!

I had an extremely tough time locating a paint color and he was able to explain to me the different reasons I should go with each option I selected. Just generally a helpful guy that provided excellent customer service.

Mr. Chuck and Ms. Faye when beyond the call of duty on 03/26/22. Mr. Chuck, in the garden center, addressed all of my questions and concerns promptly. I've wasted a lot of money purchasing repellents for my home. Mr. Chuck was very knowledgeable about the products on the shelf and sold by competitors. All of the items that Mr. Chuck recommended worked well in ridding my environment of unwanted pests. Ms. Faye impressed me by assisting me at self-checkout.

We were aggressively stopped after leaving self checkout by an older blonde employee and the self checkout associate, our receipt was snatched without word to us taken behind the customer service counter, when they brought it back the older employee, im assuming tl/ front end manager rifled through our cart while muttering "its not all there." Not once did she directly address us and blatantly ignored our multiple attempts to ask what was going on, she then stormed off, the self checkout employee reviewed our items, and apologized profusely, so kudos to her. But the other employee made us feel profoundly uncomfortable for no discernable reason except potentially because we don't dress like average south tampa folks. I can't stress it enough how vile the experience made me feel after what was a very normal shopping experience.

Romana, the associate that helped me in the lighting and electrical department went above and beyond my expectations. She was very knowledgeable, courteous and enthusiastic to help. A true asset to the company and was the sole factor in having a delightful shopping experience.

I was getting moving boxes when Kelvin noticed I had too many and offered to get me a cart. He also pointed out one of the boxes was warped at the edge and got me another. It was late and I was exhausted (moving sucks) and this excellent customer service really made my day. Thanks Kelvin!

Cassandra from doors and windows Rocks!!!! She friendly,pleasant and courteous most of all very knowledgeable about items outside of her department.

Older white gentleman ran away from me to a younger Latino gentleman who noticed me trying to get his attention, looked me in my eyes and turned his back. Older gentleman has attitude like I know where everything is and talks down on me. Younger dirty blonde lady also ran from my girlfriend while on her phone into an aisle. Special shout-out to Rudy from painting, Fiamma at checkout and the younger blonde man who called for help for us on the intercom(which also never showed) If I just dealt with these 3 individuals, 5 stars for sure cuz they were amazing. I understand customers suck, but it’s your job, make it quick, make it nice, and we both move on. Only reason I’m writing this review was for those 3 outstanding employees
