Shopper's hint: Try Home Depot on a Thursday! Well worth making a trek on a lunch-hour...(not sure this will come as a surprise to anyone, but just a reminder!) Josh in paint department was extremely helpful; very knowledgeable and thorough. Cheryl at check out actually helped me use a competitor's coupon (not sure I can say that in a review??); a very nice touch.

I was pleased to interact with the Pro Desk, associates and cashiers on my visit. The products at Home Depot can be purchased in any number of places. The service, however, was exceptional. Each person went well beyond what I would expect to make sure my Home Depot shopping experience was good.

I had wonderful experience with Fairway Drive Roseville Home depot. Marianne in appliances was Excellent. She had great knowledge. She helped me so much with my purchase. It was not easy decision without her help. Marianne please keep up the good work. Home depot need more employees like her.

Did need to wait while Aaron was helping someone else but it was well worth the wait for his expert advise and help. Bathroom vanity was installed perfectly without any additional trips for parts. Aaron told me what I needed and might need and I did need everything!

Was helped by a good cashier but had a very negative experience with the lumber associate.

This store is extremely lacking in the sense of customer service. When I walk into a store I want to be helped with HELPFUL info not a finger point to the back corner and say "I think there". The store associates have no idea as to where anything is located in the store and always give customers false information instead of being honest and saying that they don't know. Every time I go into this home depot I am highly disappointed with their customer service and their unfriendly attitudes.

I couldn't find sand, Frank helped me find it, and loaded the heavy bag in my cart, then told me where to pull up outside after I checked out, and he kept my cart with him and loaded it in my truck for me. He was very pleasant, courteous and helpful! Mirna was also helpful doing self checkout with the heavy bag helping me, again very pleasant and helpful. I was very pleased with the customer service and treatment!

I've done many projects and used Home Depot for Services and Materials needed. Bought hundreds of Pavers, 30 gallons of Behr paint Plants, Scotts Red Bark and many other projects. Rented tools and the Store Associates are the best, knowledgeable and friendly people to interact with. Thank you.

The store is organized and I know it well enough that I have no problem finding anything.

Francisco is usually at the front door when we arrive at Home Depot and he always greets us as though we are old friends. On the way out, he is helpful and always offers assistance. Makes the whole shopping experience at Home Depot a pleasure!

The sales associate Rich helped me with all my building supplies. His knowledge of the products & necessary supplies we needed to complete our project made our visit to Home Depot quick & efficient. We appreciate his friendly & kind demeanor.

Associates are always very friendly but I waited for 30 minutes for an item to be retrieved from upper display storage which is very unproductive because I'm working was also overcharged 80 linear feet of material now I have to go back and waste more work time to fix your mistake but the worst part of my daily experiences at all the Home Depots is being constantly harassed with pathetic sales tactics to buy solar it's disrespectful and makes me hate coming in your store the people at corporate headquarters that devise approve and implement such sales programs are simple minded and greedy and are driving customers away please stop doing this to people no one likes it because it's just plain rude!!!

Fantastic Store. Amazing Sales Staff.. They always go beyond the call of duty.. They stole my heart a year ago from Lowe's. The staff for the most part are always knowledgable and know what to do to help.

I was very happy about the help from the paint desk and blinds dept.

I was extremely satisfied with the customer service. All I needed was some parts to fix a leak in my refrigerator. As I walked in an associate asked if I needed help. I was in and out in less than five minutes.

Mike E. in the paint department was extremely helpful to us with our paint predicament of having to paint over 20+ year old gloss enamel paint. He pointed out that we needed to treat the surface first with TSP so that your paint would stick and not peel off in the future. He also walked us through the best way to use a roller. He surprised us with his wealth of knowledge and we were grateful for him sharing his years of experience with us. He made sure we got everything that we needed, and also told us about the new microfiber rollers, which we didn't even know about before. He's great! Give him a raise! We were also delighted to have Jeannine be our check out person. She was really friendly and happy. She made our day. We also appreciate our greeter at the front door. He is always there with a smile and always asks if he can point us in the right direction, since I usually look puzzled when I first walk in. He's a great guy!

The Kids Workshops are so well put-together and the associates are so friendly. This is a great store with very friendly employees and excellent merchandise.

I purchased some lumber recently and was pleasantly surprised by your associate's immediate offer of loading assistance. I just wanted to say how thankful I am for the help I received loading the lumber into my vehicle and that I really appreciate the positive attitudes of the employees in this Home Depot location.

Home Depot Sales Associates Jason and Javier are extremely knowledgeable. They both provide input that not solves the electric issue(s) I'm working on, but their knowledge carries forward to resolving other electrical issues that invariably occur on a construction project.
