Fay was the check-out person at the Garden Department register. Very polite, happy and spirited.

For the most part, everyone is very helpful. The person that helped me today was so kind and helpful, I really appreciated him. It is fun to be treated in such a fashion. You owe it to yourself to go this store and have a great shopping experience.

Angel Angel Angel! Due to Angel’s patience and explanation, I understood the issue I had with my return. And I was 100% satisfied even though I didn’t get my way, it was explained and I agreed. I want to say that Angel in returns is a professional and a large asset to Home Depot!

The cashiers were outstanding. Some of the others not so much. This trip was a disaster as far as getting help in a timely manner.

The flooring sales associates are patient, helpful, friendly and very knowledgable. Large inventory was appreciated. They are taking all precautions regarding Covid-19x. The associates are great whether the project is big or small. Highly recommend.

The employees here are very helpful and friendly. If you need anything in flooring you need to ask for Padma. We got a lot of estimates on flooring and found Home Depot to be very competitive with others.

I am remodeling my bathroom and needed some insulation for the walls. I was excited to find a Home Depot gift card in our family junk drawer, so I took it with me to our local Home Depot. The gift card was easily 5 years old, I hoped it would work. I took my items to self checkout and tried to use the gift card, but because the card did not have a PIN number, I could not use it! I took the card to customer service, they scanned it and it had $25 on it! They honored the card aNd made my day!

Everyone I encountered at this Home Depot today went out of their way to help me, from the door greeter, to a stocker, to the paint guy, to the cashier, and the guy who loaded it in my van, all of them bent over backwards to help me. The store was clean and neat and it seemed everyone loved their jobs. This all made for a positive shopping experience. I shall return!

Do not try to get flooring from this store! It is hard to find someone to help, then they give misinformation, use the wrong product for the estimate, add products and labor fees you did not need or request which increased the in-store estimate by over $1,000.00. We're going elsewhere for our flooring. And, we wasted $50.00 for their overmeasurement.
