I ORDERED A BBQ ONLINE AND PICKED IT UP IN STORE. THE STAFF PUT IT TOGETHER AND HAD IT READY TO GO WHEN I ARRIVED. THEY ALSO HELPED ME LOAD IT UP IN MY TRUCK. VERY HAPPY WITH MY EXPERIENCE.

This store is a standard Home Depot, however, it is not laid out like the standard store. Plumbing supplies aren't all in one or two aisles. The toilet section is in a different aisle than all of the other plumbing products and is quite hard to find. I have been in this store 10-15 times and every time I need plumbing supplies I have to ask someone where they are. A store reorg is sorely needed to make it easy to find what you're looking for. I've also looked for drywall supplies and have had to hunt around to find them. Please, please, please reorg this store so it's set up the same way as other Home Depots. I'm a contractor and don't have time to walk around a 40K sq ft building looking for what I need.

When I arrived at the store, the Greeter was able to direct me to the exact location for the item I requested. Later, I needed directions to another area of the store. The Associate I asked knew exactly where to direct me. Their knowledge of the store layout was instrumental in making my shopping experience very efficient.

I previously visited another store while looking for paint to buy but I LEFT that store because when I asked for help the guy in charge of the "paint aisle" made me feel dumb when I didn't understand the terminology he was using of the paint types or measurements. He made me feel dumb especially because there were other customers waiting for his help. I think he was annoyed I was not understanding but he was not explaining it to me in layman's terms. This was at the Costa Mesa Location off Harbor Blvd. Days later, I went to HomeDepot off Beach blvd in Stanton. At this store, I got the help I needed from the girl in charge of the "paint aisle". I bought my paint and I am very happy with the color. I am going to be honest, had I had a bad experience again on my 2nd trip to HomeDepot, I would have left the store and gone to Lowe's

Electrical department well stocked and associates are helpful, if they don't carry what you need they help you locate it elsewhere.

I have been to other Home Depot locations and this one has the best associates and customer service by a mile! The store is clean and the employees seem generally happy to be there. I've always gotten the assistance I've need here. That is rarely the case at the other Home Depot nearby.

ASSOCIATES JOHN IN PLUMING AND STEVE IN LUMBER ARE GREAT. THEY WENT BEYOND THE JOB TO ASSIST ME IN FINDING AND SETTING UP A WHEEL CHAIR SYSTEM FOR MY FRIEND. MADE THIS TASK MUCH EASIER FOR ME!
