I had a flood from a washer into a walk in closet with carpet and pulled up the carpet and decided for a quick try to fix it with carpet squares and I was very nervous but it came out great!

I bought a door on line pickup in store h d loaded it when I got home I saw a 3"long×3/16 deep 1" wide scar and a lot of scrape mark down to bare wood and filthy greasey really h d is this good business it took me the better part of a hour to get a decent condition doorframe return to mill work and a lift to get it down back to returns and some one to help load me

I never been disappointed with any product, or service.Transactions are fast even on returns and I can only remember two.

Bryon was so helpful and patient. He listened to everything I wanted and was able to meet my expectations.

The plants from this store dies fast - within weeks. I tried 2 or 3 times and the result was same.

I ordered a tower fan from the Home Depo website with a Monday delivery date. That day I called when it didn't show up. On Tue it didn't show up, called again. On Wed I was told I would receive a $20 credit for the trouble and it would arrive in the afternoon. Instead it was cancelled by Home Depot and I was told only $80 was refunded. So they took back the $20 credit for the trouble. And, there is more negative aspects to this - no time to get into.

I was so very happy with my trip to the Stapleton home depot yesterday, got everything I wanted and was pleasantly surprised with the wonderful customer service that I received from Maricruz, John, Rebecca and Angel! Thank you, I will definitely shop here again

The young lady named Roslyn in the paint department is the most knowledgeable and patient all while making someone feel completely at ease when trying to pick out a color for an emotion! Keep her training others

It's a nice Home Depot. Usually clean, staff is nice and helpful. But if you value your vehicle's alignment, go somewhere else. The potholes keep getting worse and store management isn't interested in talking to the property management company for Quebec Square.

I bought a GE range and the first installation was done incorrectly. After a few calls a replacement range was delivered and set up by Juan and Calvin. The manager also came. Everything went smoothly and Juan did a great job and the crew was courteous and efficient. Thank you

I am having work done at my home and needed to get some door hinges and a spring and latch. I was given general information but made the mistake of thinking there would be professional and knowledgeable employees at HD. There was not. I was greatly mistaken. Not one employee, supervisor, or manager in the store was able to assist me with this purchase. Unfortunately, I’ll have to make another trip to return items that I do not need.

I had a bad experience at this location, Customer service is bad, they hang up on you and don't want to give you information.

I tried for 20 min to get help. The young man who eventualty assisted me was helpful and knowledgable.

the name STAPLETON has been replaced with Central Park for some time now.

Lid for some reason doesn’t fit bucket , both HD orange 5gal and now have to go back over $1.99

Probably the best service I’ve had in years black woman that works at the Stapleton off Quebec Street in Colorado was there to help with her three or four employees to load my trailer 2 x 12 pressure-treated all the way to the top of my trailer by far outstanding and she should be recommended to the higher-ups for the help she’d given me that day. She’s a very very nice person always helps meets greets thanks. Does everything she’s supposed to be she should be father than the customer service department that’s a fact.

They no longer even need employees since I find what I need, research my questions on my phone, load it all, scan it all, pay for it and get it all into my vehicle. Not even AI robots are needed for a customer experience as I do it all myself.

Great store with excellent employees, well stocked and Once inside,I have a good experience at this store. It’s either homeless or migrants loitering around which makes me avoid going more often than I would. Such a sketchy parking lot and surrounding area.

I go to Home Depot at least 100 times a year. I have been to every store in the Denver area at one time or another, most of them several times. 80% of the time I go to Stapleton only because it's the closest. If all the stores were the same distance from me, I would never go to this store. It's cluttered, messy and seems poorly managed.

Overall, the level of customer service has declined dramatically in the following areas: 1- It has become increasingly difficult to get customer assistance in the aisles. Many times I have seen employees more actively involved with each other than looking to assist customers. 2-Regarding the cashiers, if not help is requested, it is probably not needed. Cashiers have injected themselves into the self service process causing me to miss out on digital receipts or military discount, because they want they are bored for lack of customers or rush to leave. 3-The Stapleton bathroom situation punishes the paying customer for the sins of those who do not pay. Not only do you need to find a sales associate (if you can) to get the code, but now, the associate has to walk you to the restroom. I feel for those who deal with weak bladder issues. Unfortunately, this Home depot is the most convenient location for me, so I will probably tolerate their service until it gets a bit more egregious.

I was impressed with staff and a well stocked store. Every time I had a question, there was someone available nearby with the answer. They had items that my local store did not have.

The central park/stapleton store started using the new checkout lane configuration however dislike that i cannot enter the store where the checkout lane are located. Please allow customers to enter the store at those doors.

I've been there many times in the past. Was nearest to job I was at yesterday. Parking lot and nearby traffic situation is crazy but Home Depot's parking lot is fine. Had no problem with quick checkout and even found someone in store to quickly answer a question, correctly! Sadly, repair part I needed was out of stock until next year. (for an evaporative cooler!) it's still hot outside-Home Depot is a bit early preparing for next seasonal run. Found the correct part at ACE, a few blocks from my job, at a competitive price. Just telling it like it is.

We shop allot at home depot all the time like 3 or 5 times a day , we are remodelling are basement and we get are supplies from there we really do appreciate all you do

Came in to return some plywood. Tequila was a friendly example of someone to manage the customer service and returns section. Had a great time!
