perfect customer service..truly appreciate store good quality service.

I find that they don't replace things that they run out of fast enough. Most times that we go to purchase tiles or paint they don't have enough of it. For instance, I needed x amount of carbon monoxides and smoke alarms and they didn't have the amount needed, also, they seldom ever have enough tiles for me to floor an apt. I think that management should take a closer look at supplies and make sure that there is enough for sales. They should pay attention to what items are sold out fast and simple order more and have it in stock.

There is nothing you cannot find at this store! It is so easy to spend hours searching through every isle to find all the latest and greatest innovative tools and materials for any project you can imagine! Mary Poppins had everything in her bag, as does the Home Depot!!

i was impressed with the workers. i am in a wheelchair because of multiplesclerosis.ive been in many dept. stores and have been treated very poorly.your workers took their time,helping to make sure i got exactly what i needed. i left your store extremely satisfied.thank you,home depot!!!

cashiers in this store have a nasty attitude and can't work with people . One cashier told me not place my items on counter. If you can't be nice to people then you shouldn't work with them at all. p

Went there looking for Ice Melt and timers for my Christmas lights and a kitchen and bathroom strainer .Well 2 departments and two associates that had no clue what they were doing..AT ALL.And not friendly I'll go to Lowe's from now on.

Home Depot employees are courteous, friendly and willing to help.

Cashier, "Carla" was extremely helpful and very pleasant at checkout. I was using multiple forms of payment and she led me through each step with patience and competence.

My husband and I went to the store to get a lawn decoration for Christmas. The item that we wanted was completely out of stock however there was one on display on the shelf. Two of the store associates Donald and Jalloh were kind enough to not only sell us the item and give us a discount on it being that it was the display unit but they also took the time to retrieve the item and place it in our cart. Excellent customer service from both. They were extremely friendly and kept us smiling during the entire interaction. They both genuinely appear to not only enjoy their jobs but also like helping people. Kudos to both Donlad and Jalloh you definitely won us both over as future shoppers!

Very unhappy with my experiences at this location. I love Home Depot in general, however this location upsets me almost every time and today I've had my limit. I have called many times to do visual check on items that show limited quantities online. When they have 1-3 in stock I ask one to be held for me till end of day and I never have a problem. I have been doing this for over ten years. Today I asked for an item to be held till end of day that was only 1 left in stock and was told "That's against our policy". I asked when the policy had changed and was told "That has always been our policy". I asked how is it then that I have been doing this for over 10 years and was told "they shouldn't have done it before". I find the fact that there policy is based on there preference at the time. I called Home Depot Corporate and was told that here is no such policy against them holding the item for me and that it's up to manager's discretion. So apparently this manager didn't feel like doing it today. Unprofessional and unreliable. A policy in understandable but the inconsistency of it is not! Highly disappointed. NEVER going back to Targee St location again. Veterans Rd is great. They actually help people!

My husband and I enjoy purchasing items at the Staten Island store because its close and convenient but no matter the time we arrive to the store home depot associate attended us nicely and in an orderly fashion to complete our transaction towards the end.

Wish you had more cashiers and less automated checkouts

I would like to express my gratitude and appreciation to two associates. Adamu went above and beyond to assist and follow up on my purchases. She applied all discounts and credits that were due me. She sought the help on another associate, Tiffany W., who had just come on duty. She had not put her bag down or clock in, but that didn't stop her. Both of these women are a positive asset to your store. Thank you ladies!!

Melissa appeared out of nowhere to check out my items even though I was in the self serve station. She was so professional and cordial. She realized that my items were heavy and went outside and returned with a cart. She spoke clearly and professionally. Its refreshing to deal with someone who has a good command of the English language and uses it professionally. This associate is a gem. I'd hire her to work for me.

I had the pleasure of Meeting Melissa, she informed to take the survey. She had a Sparking attitude. Melissa said , Just take the survey I could win $5000. What a difference. You have Manager with PROMISE that you have passionate associates. They all should be more like Melissa. Kareen-KXR4037-Cashier was also pleasant

Had to wait longer than expected for an associate to assist with lumber but all other associates were wonderful!!
