This store is well layed out and easy to find what I need. But the staff is always helpful if I have any trouble.

They have a good selection and the store is always clean

Everyone was friendly and extremely helpful! I feel they went above and beyond to accommodate my needs. I will always come back to this store, even though it is 20 minutes from my house. The store 5 minutes from me never even offered to help me after looking at appliances for 45 minutes. Customer Service is everything when you need to buy an appliance!

Outstanding service in the paint department. Sales associate was willing to come immediately forward and help me in more than one department and to spend a lot of time explaining and showing me various things. Very knowledgeable and courteous. Thanks! Best service I have had in years.

I like the Streetsboro Ohio store. I shop there about 3-4 times a week. I have many ongoing projects and I have been spending about 12 -15 K a year there. The staff is very friendly and always ready to assist me in anything I ask for. Good Store, Good Folks couldn't ask for more !

Home Depot Streetsboro always has friendlier staff and support when needed. The competitor down the street acts like it is an effort to help you with selection or loadiing your vehicle.

I have shopped at this store many times since moving to Streetsboro 15 years ago. I have always been treated kindly and with fair pricing. Recently I went to purchase appliances and received amazing service. Hilary answered all of my questions and printed out information I requested. I then went to two other stores to compare pricing. The service at the other two stores didn't even compare with Home Depot. The pricing at one of the stores was slightly higher, while the other store was outrageously higher. I love this store and the associates that work there. Keep up the good work Home Depot Streetsboro, you are a shinning example of what our city represents.

Compared to similar stores, the customer service I received during my recent visit to Home Depot was awesome. I had three different assistants offer help and when I commented to the cashier how impressed I was, he told me they were currently short staffed! I don't know why other stores even bother to sell paint or fabric when there is NEVER a person at the counter to help.

Extremely friendly and knowledgable clerks asking to assist you. Also the return counter made every effort to make sure she had a satisfied customer.

The pro desk employees are all extremely nice. One in particular. MaryAnn she is always smiling and always asking about my day. She in my opinion is the ideal employee to an employer. Over all the whole store has a great attitude and atmosphere

Always enjoy having a look around this store. Went online to look for a new washing machine and found one here that could be delivered in the time that I needed (quick). Very helpful staff and got exactly what I wanted.

The Streetsboro Home Depot is the place to shop if you want one-on-one attention and knowledgeable sales people to help you. Also the selection is much better than other home improvements stores in the area.

Sales tax here is high. Go to another store if you can. The staff, however, is awesome at the Steetsboro store. Shop at this one and get help, but make your purchase in a town where sales tax is more reasonable if you have a large amount purchase.

It was easy to find the product I was looking for. Display was very good and well stocked with product. I needed a cart which I did not have and an employee was in the aisle and gave me one. This store is always clean and the employees had a smile and pleasant greeting for you.
