Found Streetsboro Home Depot employees very courteous, knowledgeable & helpful. Checked with several other stores in the area & Home Depot was very helpful & the price of the product saved us money. The associate who helped us also applied Veterans discount which helped even more!

Home Depot is a Great store to shop at and carries just about anything you need!

David B is a very courteous, friendly and helpful cashier. I will always go to his register if he's working. Such a pleasant person to speak to.

I met 2 extraordinary employees here when purchasing 2 doors for my home. I was greeted upon entry and then immediately met by a floor associate in that department. He was courteous and helpful, however, I didn't get his name. Owen in Customer Service was diligent in assisting with our Military discount. Wonderful and appreciate that Home Depot applies this discount to the military. Owen needed assistance in applying the discount, however he solved the problem on his own and was courteous and professional. A real asset to young customer service reps. Great store to shop for your home improvement needs.

David the casher was very helpful. All employees were knowledgeable and friendly. I'm a very happy customer.

This store had an inventory of OLD work boxes (128) at last count! I was so happy we checked on line first, then drove to this location. We have managed to stay on time and under budget!

Donell was extremely helpful locating items. She went out of her way to locate and verify prices. Store is consistently clean and well stocked.

The best thing about this store is Mike in the plumbing department. He's a licensed plumber, extremely knowledgeable, and has helped me with several difficult plumbing problems. Ed (who roams but is often in the electrical dept) is another exceptional employee. Tremendous knowledge of products and what the best solution is for a given problem.

All items we shopped for were there and our cashier was a truly great guy.

Our experience was outstanding by 3 of your employees! On 12/29/20, Eddie from Lumbar cut wood for us and then helped us select the necessary electric wood saw, blade, staple gun, staples to complete our chair upholstering project.. His instructions were PERFECT ! On 12/30/20, Josh and Denis in Tools Rental helped me install a blade & chain that I had bought a year earlier. Denis then gave useful tips of how to avoid injury, how to stand, necessary protective gear etc. THANK YOU & GOD BLESS.

I would highly recommend This store especially for paint! We love the Behr brand an have been highly satisfied with all levels of th product. What puts this store in the top rating is the friendliness, knowledge and helpfulness of their paint employees! EVERY time we visit we can count on the paint department

The gentlemen in returns/pickup orders went beyond being helpful! His name is Bob and I'm so grateful he was the person who took care of my pickup order. I had a problem with my gift card that I was using to make my purchase and he stay on the phone until he got a real mess cleared up for me. He was very helpful and polite which meant a lot to me.

I was shocked when I went into this store this afternoon and saw the number of employees who were not wearing face masks at all or were wearing them improperly, like having the mask pulled below their chins or their noses. This store needs to get serious about the company's "alleged" face mask policy. Covid-19 is not a joke and this store and its employees need to take the pandemic seriously. I have been shopping at this store for many years and I do not know if I will be going back.

On line order with curbside pickup...filled out order and submitted...literally 30 minutes later received response that my order was ready for pickup. Went to pickup area called in and received order just a few minutes later. Perfect!

The Streetsbboro Home Depot is the best one near Kent OH. Cuyahoga Falls is also close, but is smaller and not as friendly. EVERY interaction I have had with employees in the Streetsboro store over the last 15 year has been great. I strongly recommend this store. Great parking and really helpful staff.

The store was in very nice condition and the clerks were all helpful and very nice in the tool rental department. We were helped in selecting what we needed and left with very good vibes for this store.
