Good place! not crowded, always parking spaces available, good selection and good personnel.

They were not willing to help and didn't no where anything was

Zach helped me and my friend choose the right things for our garden with enthusiasm and he seems like he really loves his job.

Thank you to Kiara for displaying exceptional customer service. Normally when you ask an associate where to find an item, they tell you the aisle number and proceed to what they were doing (or weren't doing). Very rare to find genuine customer service that takes their time.

I went to buy pickets and the cashier was very friendly She was talking to everyone and being very nice Her name is Geovanna check out by lumber area

I purchased Spectracide wasp and hornet spray, this spray is great.

Kevin in appliances was so knowledgeable , patient and extremely professional with me. He helped me over the phone call I made to this site to inquire about a refrigerator. With his kindness and support it lead me to come in person to shop at this location. I was able to work directly with him and we managed to choose a LG refrigerator because of his help. We haven't received our product (ordered yesterday) but I will return to write review after its delivered.

If you need appliances stop at this home depot and ask for Kevin. He is knowledgeable of appliances, he has sold me three appliances in the last year.

I called the store and they answered! Mr. Julio and Mr. Jeromy had taken my call they both were very knowledgeable. I asked them if I could ask for them personally when I got there and they agreed. Mr. Jeromy was a Blessing, Knowledgeable, Patient, Kind, and Professional. He referred me to Mr. Charlie on the remaining part of My DIY Project for My Wife. Mr. Charlie was amazing too. Long story short; this is hands down one of the Best Stores I have ever been in. Thanks Management and Thanks GOD!

We went to purchase paint and got to the paint dept and after waiting an extended amt of time we were told the person that works that dept was out to lunch. Alexycia saw we were standing their waiting. She hopped into action and helped us out. Thanks

I was looking for a specific floor polish and online indicated that store in Summerwood had six on the shelf and I was skeptical about driving over there because many times what’s showing online is not in the store. To my surprise when I found the product they were exactly 6 on the shelf. I was really impressed with the fact that their online quantity was exactly correct. This was the Summerwood store in humble Texas.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. IF YOU WANT HELP FROM AN EMPLOYEE, SHOULD YOU BE ABLE TO FIND ONE, THEY TREAT YOU AS THOUGH YOU HAD DISTUBED THEM BY ASKING FOR HELP.

After encountering poor service at two previous stores we found what we were looking for at the Summerwood location. The store was clean and products were neatly stacked on shelves etc. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Personnel went out of their way to help me order the product that I needed.

Excellent customer service, helpful and friendly associates

Customer service is very poor at best. I bought some wood through curbside, waited over an hour to be told that no one can tie some wood even though i talked with 4 different associates, a supervisor and a manager. I applaud little york and humble stores because they will extend customer service to the end of the earth but not this store. Its unfortunate because this company is better than this store displays.

This store, although a national chain, absolutely feels like a neighborhood "mom and pop". I have had wonderful experiences and have been offered and have received abundant help and guidance as requested! Keep it up!

The employees are uneducated on company policy and managers just sit in the back and dread coming out to assist customers. The best time to go is in morning when general manager is there the other managers are lazy.

A new store that started out strong. Associates young and unknowledgable. Weak leadership and training skills. As a contractor I have a difficult time to use this store because of lack of restocking, Area still new but old enough my customers pick products from here for remodeling. Biggest pet peeve if inventory is full we expect shelving restocked, not empty 3 days in a row.

Bad experience at this store, could not get any help to buy a lawn tractor, i ended up buying one from competitor , i was like night and day there, they showed the actually care about the customer. Ive been going to home Depot most of my life but now its competitor for me.

The associates were friendly, the store was clean, and employees were very helpful. However, there were no backpack blowers available, even though three were listed in stock on the website for that store. The employee suggested that they might have been stolen.

This store if often disorganized with aisles blocked with unstocked merchandise. The sales associates do not seem happy to work here, in fact they act stressed out and often do engage customers. The management of this store needs to wake up and realize the importance of customer relation and overall shopping experience. It’s time to demand better service from these large retail chains.
