great service and friendly associates, Lydia, John Paul, Daniel and Celestia are fantastic. Came to buy a lawn mower and weed eater and didn't know what to buy. And they all helped me from answering my questions recommend products for my yard. They all made my shopping experience a wonderful experience. Thanks guys

The best part of our visit was the young lady at the checkout - Jennia was friendly, helpful and efficient even working outside on Labor Day in 100 degree heat! Thank you Jennia!!!

The employees are very friendly and helpful and the store has a very clean feel. I have not had any problem finding what I need every time I come here.

This store was cool inside unlike the Humble store. The employees in which I have interacted at the Summerwood location as friendly, informative and efficient. The items that we've needed are always in stock and located where the website has the item listed.

The Summerwood store is newer than the one on 59 and caters more to the DIY crowd and less to the commercial and residential contractors. I like it because they have more lighting, faucets, rugs, flooring ideas, and what I call pretty things. The staff is younger and more energetic. It comes in handy when this older lady needs some help loading some heavy items. They are always kind, respectful and helpful. This store is cleaner than most too. I really like shopping here.

New store opened a few years ago but the shopping experience supersedes the other average HD stores in the area. Employees are always helpful, courteous, professional. Plenty of stocked items on hand and they carry products the other HD don't bother to stock. Organized, clean, well run and managed store. It's my go to store.

Mr. Hebert he was very friendly. I was at the light blub section with my burn out florescent light and he approached me very friendly and told me what section to buy the florescent light. When I was at the florescent light section I had a Florescent light in my had and he asked me where I was going to put it and he recommend another light. My wife was happy that the light was bright compare to the one I replace. Mr. Herbert has outstanding customer service.

Very neat and clean place but does need more customer and employee interaction even if you just greet the people.

Every employee was very rude and didn’t want to help me will never go back.

Do not buy anything that has to be delivered. I'm on the 2nd hour past the delivery window and no contact whatsoever. This is after the original delivery wasn't made, and the 800 people set up 2 subsequent deliveries instead of one. The total indifference at all levels is astounding. I'll say it again stay away from any delivery (assuming they actually do actually deliver the product.)

Every shopping experience has been pleasant. Associates are knowledgeable and willing to assist. The store is clean and organized very well. Any returns are easily conducted.

I've never shopped a Home Depot with more employees willing to help. Everyone was friendly and efficient on my visit today. It was shocking how pleasant and quick our gardening run was - folks came by and asked me if I needed help instead of my needing to locate someone if I had a question. The garden center was clean and easy to navigate. I needed an item off the top of the rack and before I asked, someone was wheeling the ladder over offering to help me. We'll be back soon.

I always need assistance when I go to Home Depot and without fail, this store always provides the best customer service. I guess if I had a complaint it would be they always need a few more reps in whichever department I am in. Honestly, this is a great store.

This was my first time visiting this store and it was a truly wonderful experience. Soon as I walked through the door, I was greeted by store persons. Asking if I found everything or need help looking for something. I have a wonderful conversation with Faron, he just lifted my spirits so. Monica & Kumesia was a joy to chat with even helped me apply for a Home Depot card, which I was approved. The store was very clean and I was able to find everything I needed. I didn't get everything I needed, but I will be back.
