I have zero criticisms for this store. 99 out of 100 times I come away with the supplies, tools, or rental truck I need to get my project done I am mostly a small handyman who fixes stuff for one or two others or my own house.

It would be extremely helpful if you would not make it so ridiculously difficult to make a payment on the account.

I so appreciate Di in the appliance department. Di is very knowledgeable and was patient as I weighed my options. Di was pleasant to work with even while getting multiple interruptions from other customers.

I recently purchased a fridge at Blaine store# 2847. Appliance Specialist Di Berens provided excellent customer service. Her professionalism was on full display and I highly recommend this location if shopping for appliances.

My truck was hit 5 times while trying to put load in my truck

I was looking for a specific grass clipper and the Home Depot website indicated this store had 10 in stock so even though it was quit a bit out of my way I went over there. Turned out that, even though the website still showed that item, there weren't any and a similar item was quite a bit more expensive. I found a customer service person who verified my findings and sold me the similar item at the price of the original. She even got my veteran's discount to work. Well done! Unfortunately, I have used the replacement item (by the same manufacturer) and it works very poorly - not even as well as my worn out item. So it will have to go back to Home Depot.

I was out of my element but I felt very confident in my purchase thanks to the thoroughness of the customer service center staff... the rep walked me to aisle, located the product and reviewed the specs to ensure we had the right product... thank you!

I usually find what I need, at this Home Depot store, unless there is a sale or it is a seasonal item that sells out quickly. I order online, as well. This Home Depot is my first choice, for hardware purchases. The employees are always courteous and knowledgeable. I also like to shop their outdoor garden center, for my annual plants.

We went in looking for a new rug and four employees helped us get the last one on display and they went above and beyond! Kaitlyn (may not be the correct spelling) and Chelly were amazing! Fabulous employees!!!!

Other home Depots near by but navigate here as they are always so helpful to senior citizens. I am sure it is everyone they help with a smile. For me it is the employees and clean organized store.

I hard the worst experience when I shop at home Depot on Black Friday, on 11-31-24 I bought appliance, Fridge, Oven, microwave and dish washer, and they told me that they will deliver my items on 12-5-24, they give me window between 3pm-7pm, they been sending me update through out the day, after 8.30pm I have not received anything update at all, I started calling the customer services, they were like, we don’t know what happened, will call you in morning and givie you another date and time, next day no call and no updates at 2pm of the next day I called the customers service again and they were like we don’t know what happened but we can give another date and time to deliver, I said okay and they said will deliver you stuff one week later, up to this point there was no apology, I had no trust on them, I decided to cancel the order and I received my refund one week later , I will never shop at Home Depot any again

I live less than ten minutes from this location. This is the only value it brings. Rude unhelpful associates. Rarely has what I need. Ten employees hover around the self checkout area like they have nothing else to do but watch for shoplifters. Provide a better service and maybe people won’t steal from you.

We recently purchased a refrigeratoor. The sales person was very helpful and did a very good job of explaining the features of several models we looked at. No rush or pressure to buy, Just very good information which made us more confident in our decision..

I shop different Home Depots on the north end. The Northtown store is consistently the friendliest and most helpful overall. Pete and Keith are very knowlegable and sincere. I felt like the young guy in lumber would have done anything to help me. The Pro Desk team always seem very interested in me as a person and not just a customer. I've been shopping at big box retailers for over 20 years. The service experience I have come to expect is: Employees not only are reluctant to help you, but they will actively avoid you. The closest employee is always just out of talking distance and is going the opposite direction. Yesterday was the first time in my life that staff actively sought me out and wanted to help solve my problems. Additionally, when it came to getting lumber, I would spend up to an hour picking through boards to find enough that weren't crooked or warped. Over 50% of the boards in a bunk were worthless. The last two times I've gone, less than 5% of the boards were bad. This has saved me so much time and headache. I will definitely continue buying my lumber from Home Depot in the future.
