Excellent Customer Service and Applicance Specialist Brian at the Hull Street Store. WE had to buy a new refrigerator as the mother board fried and one could not be located as they do not make it anymore. Brian was so very helpful in helping us to choose a refrigerator that met our needs. Brain was so helpful. He is an excellent employee for Home Depot.

Wonderful experience and customer Service. Brian, your appliance Specialist at your Hull Street VA store was knowledgeable, professional and helpful. He made sure I was satisfied and gave me numbers to call if I needed help include his direct line. I will shop at this Home Depot again.

I think my review says it all for the amount of money. This store makes you think they would install Apple Pay to make it easier for senior citizens who disabled to pay their bills and their customer service is stinks.

I wish I had their names, but I want to recognize the outstanding team members who helped me during my visit. The young man who assisted me in finding the trim coil and the gentleman who guided me through paint selection—both were phenomenal. They were knowledgeable, patient, and went above and beyond to make sure I had what I needed. And then there was Ms. Jamie—wow! Her post-greeting energy was unmatched. She needs to do a commercial or a jingle for Home Depot—she’s that memorable. Her warmth and charisma truly elevated the entire experience. Kudos to the entire team for making my visit a great one!

I finally went in a home repair store that I look forward to going back.

I just bought a new refrigerator from HD at Chattanoga Plaza, Midlothian, Va. Employee, Brian helped me with my purchase and is so knowledgeable and helpful. Refrig was delivered yesterday, and it is working so well, and I love it! Will definitely make future buys with Brian in appliances at Home Depot!

Went in to buy a refrigerator. 3 different employees approached us. The person we had dealt with before was leaving and helped us connect with her manager. During the handoff, another employee checked on me to see if I had questions. All of them were friendly, knowledgeable, and listened.

The paint guy at this store was amazing. He really helped my wife and I secure the correct color for our daughter’s room.

I always find what I came to shop for. Most of the time several employees ask if I need help. Check out is quick.

Recently went to HD for E6000 adhesive. Couldn't find it where the app showed it to be. An associate quickly located it and I was on my way!

We visited the Chattanooga Plaza Home Depot to purchase 3 kitchen appliances. Brian, the salesman, is a pro. He was friendly, courteous and very knowledgeable. He answered all our questions, completed our purchase with delivery and installation of the appliances. We were finished, and on our way quickly. This is the level of customer service that I regularly encountert in this Home Depot. Definitely recommend this store.

This wonderful female employee who recently took over the paint counter in the afternoon took me under her wing. She showed me exactly where everything on my painting list was located. - Blue tape, Glue be gone, paint can plastic pouring spouts. I shop at this location 2 times a week, I’ve started to recognize a lot of your wonderful employees. This location is fantastic, always stocked with what ever I need.

Ordered in stock item online for my son to pick up. Process was easy and tool was there waiting on my son.

Never had a bad experience here with any employee...

We are in the process of remodeling our home and for several months we have been trying to find a single source that could provide the quality appliances in a contractors package that fit our needs. We found that at this location! The other piece of this that made everything come together was the customer support we found at this location. Brian in appliances is truly amazing. He was very attentive, took time to explain in detail all the features of each appliance during our selection, and followed up with calls to ensure we didn’t have any further questions while continuing to offer his support. Brian is the type of employee that will keep me returning to this location for future needs.

Kelly Cheek assistant store manager was so helpful with dealing with my return and trying to locate the same item in the store, but it's no longer carried in the store or on the website. I appreciated her time and attention to the issue. Great employee very friendly and helpful. She's a great asset to your company.

I've ordered lumber for decking, landscape timbers,etc. and no one comes to help load the materials. I'm 71 & had to load it myself or a nice customer will help me.
