I am big on customer service. JLani from Milwaukee assisted me and answered my questions. She is very knowledgeable and friendly. The cashier Nicole was very friendly and helpful with my purchases.

I THOUGHT ONE OF THE CHRISTMAS TREES I WANTED WERE GONE, BUT THE EMPLOYEES WERE VERY HELPFUL AND FOUND 2 LAST BOXES LEFT FROM THE TOP SHELF. THEY ALSO HELPED LOAD IT ON MY CART.

No one at Customer Service or the Pro desk answered the phone after an hour of constant calling.

Home Depot is usually the first place and last place I go to buy things for my home.

Home Depot is always a plus whenever you want to buy things on the fly. You dont necessarily need to need something for home to go there.

The things I am now doing brings me back to my childhood watching my Dad fix repairs and build things and Me being the daughter that like holds the flashlight (LOL) and I guess you learn alot by just watching. He was a Fix it, Repair it kinda a man. I have purchased so many Ryobis Tools from Drills, Sanders, jigsaws, chopsaw, weed trimmer Blowers. Powerwashers. I'm like starting my own fixer upper shop. Im enjoying it so much. Its crazy coz I when I'm faced with a repair or project, I ask myself. "What would Daddy do?" and I'm off to HD with a list to tackle the issue. I just love all the selections and the advices of the person on the floor willing to suggest and help me with my situation. I always enjoy shopping at Hardware stores rather than the mall. Maybe because everything I try on fits perfectly. I luv HomeDepo

Good selection of home improvement products. This place is always my go-to home improvement center. I just wish it was a little cooler. I would like to shop more if I wasn’t sweating inside.

While having trouble walking I needed to use the carts to shop . Countless times the carts failed and needed help ! Which blocked customers from passing . You need to add more carts or get new ones that last longer when used . The managers just used the excuse that other people used it before me and that is why the battery wasn't fully charged . It was 0630 no used them yet !!! Lame excuse . You need to fix this problem or I will report this to authority's .
