Great Hardware Store Option
You can't beat this store for one-stop shopping. If you need it, they've probably got it, and several varieties of it. Great garden center too.

Employee who stuck with it
The chest freezer I wanted was hiding on top of one of the pallet racks. The guy that helped me (Shawn S), took about 1/2 hour looking for it at closing time - he didn't give up until he found it.

Customer Service
Kudos to this store and associate team. I often shop at this location and their team sets the bar high. If I need to get in and get out, the team is timely. If I need some in depth help from a tradesman, they are always willing to help me with my problem. Overall it is a fantastic store with excellent customer service. Thank you for a job well done.

An after work visit to my local store
Upon entering the store I immediately passed to associates, neither acknowledged my presence nor did they ask what I needed. I, of course, had already checked the Home Depot App and located the item I required so I knew it was there and where it was located. Immediately found the item, proceeded to check out where I couldn't find a "live human" so I utilized the self check out. The associate that was there didn't acknowledge me nor the other two customers that were checking out - she was too busy chatting with another associate. I proceeded to the self check out register - following the prompts I navigated check out to complete the sale. The associate was still chatting and barely said "thank you".
I have found, overall, CUSTOMER SERVICE today is a lost art....sad.....

I have been going to this particular Home Depot for 12 years. In the past few months, the quality of associates has gone down hill
I was never particularly happy with the window section of this Home Depot.. I have (because of my association with a particular Condo complex, been sending many many people to this store to get venetian blinds. The service in that section is not good so I have started sending people to Lowe's.
I purchase ALL of the condo's bulbs, etc and if Chuck is not there, no one knows anything. The outside plant department.......I have stopped going there as they are NOT able to answer anything so have been going to Summer Winds.

Over the recent years this store and its customer service have improved tenfold
I have shopped this Home depot for over 13 years. For a few years in the middle the service was horrendous and I completely stopped shopping here, going out of my way to other stores, In an pinch one time I came back and it was a new experience. It has improved to be a very service oriented location and I am always pleased with my shopping trip

Great service from an associate
Received excellent service and assistance from Benjamin in the plumbing department. He was very knowledgeable and very patient with all the questions I had. He helped me solve a problem that I was experiencing and provided excellent guidance for me to complete my task.

I usually get lost in hardware stores
the signage is pretty good and there's lots of identifiable employees walking around making sure you find what you need....if the items aren't in their department they'll bring you to another associate. When we first moved here over 10 years ago I found it very frustrating to find advice, but they have really stepped up their customer service game and it's a greatly improved shopping experience now.

Exceptional Associate & Management fixing a big problem
I ordered a product several weeks ago at hd online and received an email that it was being delivered. The store could not find it and determined it was sent and returned at some point prior to the store receiving it for no apparent reason over a week ago. Associate David and Charlie Walker Asst. Manager took to time to get the situation handled and did an exceptional job in making everything right for me. It did take a while, but correcting mistakes by others and making it right is sometimes time consuming. I will continue to use HD based on this exceptional service. P

Customer Service Improved!
There are definitely more associates which makes the shopping experience better. I am in this store 3-4 times a week. The nursery staff, plumbing staff and paint staff do all they can to help you. I do have to say that the new customer service design is a mess and confusing. Customers cannot tell if it is for returns or purchases or customer service. Split it into customer service, returns and cashiers in CLEARLY MARKED areas. The previous customer service employees are not so keen on being a cashier, the return person is over whelmed and then some new people doing who knows what in between. The store has improved but it needs more improvement at the main entrance where customer service, checkout and returns are all crammed together with bad signage.

Great service and detailed information from Shawn in appliances.
After doing copious research, Shawn in appliances gave us the confidence to purchase a washing machine and dryer. Home depot matched or beat the price of all the major stores and after another day of research I feel confident we made a great purchase. So far, a very good experience was had.

My go-to place.
We are re-doing the backyard and this is is always our go-to place for all the tools and gardening supplies. The employees are great when I need help finding things or giving me pointers/directions re: the how-to's. This has always been my go-to place over the years.

Customer Service Has Improved!
I am in the store 2-3 times a week for small purchases and larger home improvement or replacement items. There is definitely an improvement in customer service and the associates seem eager to help. Previously they moaned and groaned about how bad it was to work there. Now, ey seem interested that I get the right product on the first store visit. And, I think their opinions and information on the products I am considering buying are valid.

Great assistance!
I came in with my mind set on a particular vacuum cleaner which would have been twice the cost of the one I ended up purchasing. The gentleman who helped me recommended the Shark Rotator and I am very happy with it. He also gave me some tips on cleaning my travertine flooring which really worked! The cashier was warm, friendly and went out of her way to make sure I got the appropriate discount which I was not aware of. All in all, a trip I had kind of dreaded as my husband is usually the one who shops at Home Depot turned out to be quite pleasant.

shopped plant & nursery area.
didn't have as much variety as I had hoped for, in the plant area, but we were able to find a plant and our daughter, was able to find a beautiful yellow canna.
