Above and beyond!
I'm a regular at the Valley HD stores and am pretty self sufficient. But I seriously needed help to find the last of some disconnected flooring. Two other HD locations sent me to figure it out on my own. But this location found what I needed on the top shelf, got it down etc. Sounds like no big deal, but after the pure run around at the Tatum location this was very appreciated!

Exceptional customer service
I have been shopping at this location for over 10yrs and never had a bad experience but also have never had an experience that made me want to take the survey or write a review. Today was an exception. My husband and I received phenomenal customer services by the ladies handling the self checkout this morning. They were beyond helpful, friendly and relatable. They worked quickly, while still remaining personable. Zelene in particular helped us the entire transaction ensuring we received the discount we noted from an aisle sign. Not often are employees eager to assist let alone ensure a discount was received.

Night and Day. Walked out of the store today like a kid in Candy store. The service today was awesome. I got immediate direction, advice, attention to the right products, no hunting!
I bought a Ryobi battery and charger. I was disappointed in the performance of my power tool and was told the battery was not large enough. I returned it, full refund and purchased the battery package I needed with a BONUS! Great advice and service.

Cave Creek store goes above and beyond!
It's a bit of a long story so I'll keep this short. Needless to say, Aaron, the manager at the CaveCreek Home Depot, listened to my story and displeasure on a recent delivery of a Hot Water Heater. He didn't even ask me any questions but decided to just take action and fix my problem. It was fixed within an hour and new Hot Water Heater was purchased and at my home. Kudos to his team that day. Jeremy, Troy, and Shaydee. Thank you again so much.

Best customer service ever
I love my Home Depot and today on 2 separate visits I had the pleasure of 4 different employee offer to assist me and 3 that did assist me with my 2 transactions . I also went to this Home Depot about 3 times a week during the pandemic to remodel my home. Always greeted with smiles and offers to help me.

Bad customer service
Young employees seem to be bothered if asked a question and don't have a problem answering "I have no idea" instead of helping the customer. This seems to be a recurring problem since all the Home Depot stores in the valley recently hired young incompetent people.
