Me & my daughter always go to Home Depot for plants! I think gardening needs here are the most reasonable priced and the staff are always available whenever we need assistance.

The parking lot is very wierd! We enter the store from Tatum Blvd, but to get back on Tatum, we have to make a U-turn on Bell Rd. That's the one thing we hate about that store.

If you want horrible customer service here’s your store. The stock was great, everything was clean the only problem is truly the associates. If you come to this homedepot looking for someone to assist you when you have a simple question, expect an answer like “I don’t know” “maybe” or “go to customer service”. Since when is this acceptable!? I asked for a clarification for a price since it was double tagged and an associate that had a scanner “zebra” was unable to tell me if a upc matched an item!? Not only was it just this one associate, there was multiple. Actually, every single associate I interacted with. Including checkout, the cashier across from the one I was checking out with made me feel so uncomfortable, so embarrassed and completely singled me out & caused a scene because Wells Fargo detected my transaction as “fraud”. We are remolding a home so we are investing a ton. So incredibly dissatisfied with the shopping experience at Home Depot located at Tatum and Bell.

The best HD store in Phoenix!! Always friendly and helpful, ready to assist us laymen with our home projects and also save us money. Don’t waste your money elsewhere save money and get great service here!!

My wife and I needed to purchase flooring material to install porcelain tiles. Sam assisted us and she was super knowledgeable and very informative. She was a delight and took the time to help my wife and me. Sam is a wonderful addition the Home Depot staff at the Tatum and Bell Rd location in Phoenix. She deserves high praise for her customer service, knowledge, and flooring skills. She "nailed it."

Usually, five star at this location. But, this time, the product was listed online as being on the shelf and it was not. Store was clean and staff were friendly.

I love the way the guys in electrical and plumbing are so knowledgeable and desire to be helpful when I am in a dilemma about a project and what to do to fix it! Always so helpful!

I felt very safe here. I'm so glad they're open during this pandemic. Their plants are healthy and they have a great variety. The associates there are extremely friendly and cheerful. Like they were happy to be there. It was a bright spot in my day.

DANGEROUS! Why are your cashiers NOT wearing face masks??? They come in contact with hundreds of unmasked customers and they are spreading their germs to anyone trying to pay. Unpatriotic, irresponsible, beyond dangerous. Your store prime for contracting COVID. The store manager doesn't have employees enforcing social distancing - aisles are crowded with people not wearing masks. Home Depot you owe it to our Country NOT to be a COVID hotspot. Be responsible and require employees wear masks

The Tatum Store is always clean and the employees are always there to help. Thank you for being open and for all the efforts you are making to be clean and healthy. This is my store and it always will be.

The employees are always so helpful. They know that a senior lady has no idea where or what she needs. So I don't feel embarrassed when I ask for help.

In this time of CO-VID 19, Home Depot has yet to have employees wear masks. I have ordered items for curbside 2 times in the last month and the curbside person bringing out the order did not wear a mask and attempted to hand me the items instead of putting them in the opened trunk. Clearly the local management needs to step it up with better coaching and training for the employees and PROTECT them as well. I choose to use curbside to limit my exposure and will not shop here again.

Friendly staff clean place to get your materials easy going

I have shopped this Home Depot for years. Always seem to have what I am looking for and you cant beat their return policy. The personnel are almost always friendly and professional. On my last visit to this Home Depot, I once again I received outstanding service from one of their employees. This "Thank You," is to Jay, for his positive professional customer service. Outstanding Dude in my opinion.

Home Depot is good shop, you will get everything related home under one Umbrella. Home Depot putting lot effort on monthly Kids's workshop do-it-yourself activity, my kid like this workshop and I really appreciate Home Depot for this effort. Good job, keep it up !!!

I have been going to this store for many years. There have been times where i have gone to another store at Cave Creek because of poor training of employees at this store. This store is the closest to our home. Over the past several months, i have noticed a significant improvement in the personal working at this store. Very pleased with the results.

The employees were very helpful and friendly. One of the employees went out of her way to keep me dry with her umbrella both on the way to my car, and as I unloaded my plants into my car. This location has a wide variety of plants, especially succulents and some cacti.

I have heard the commercials slamming big box stores not being helpful. That wasn’t true in my case. I didn’t get his name but I met a very energetic employee in the wood department that went the extra mile to make sure I got all the extra materials I needed to finish my cabinet.

This is one of the best staffed Home Depot locations I have ever shopped. You can get professional quality information about almost any project you undertake and the store is always clean and just an enjoyable experience to shop in. We recently bought some beautiful carpet for our Master Bedroom using their installer and that project went very smoothly. I bought a new kitchen sink faucet today and worked with another associate in theat department and she was not only really competent and helpful but just a delight to work with. I would recommend this site to anyone shopping for everything from soup-to-nuts! They Rock!
