Every associate I walked past either said hello, may I help you find something, or hello how are you! Or hi did you need some help finding something! Even when I was pre occupied with my phone I was acknowledged! I went to purchase mulch , got side tracked and found the Ninja blender I been wanting In an off the wall area and was extremely pleased:)

I had a question in the lumber department and the sales associate couldn't answer, but within 1 minute he found someone who could. Very impressed with how quick I received an answer.

This was a special order of Pave Stone patio pavers (1220 total). First mistake, I was told I would receive a phone call within 12-24 hours prior to my scheduled delivery. This did not happen. I called the store the morning my delivery only to be told my delivery was scheduled between 4-6pm. The driver didn't show up until 6:30pm. Second mistake, one of the skids was marked by Home Depot with the wrong sku number. This meant I received the wrong color. The Delivery Dept. was very helpful and made every attempt to make sure I was satisfied. They Succeeded. Since the paver was so close to the color I ordered I decided to keep it. Third mistake, Of the 1220 pavers I have roughly 65 that should have never been sent to me as they are damaged. This isn't the first time this has happened either. In 2014 I ordered 1280 pavers and roughly 80+ were damaged. The last issue is with the pavers, size 10.5 x 7. There is a manufacturers defect in this particular size. There is a stress fracture or casting issue. If you look at the paver on the side yo can see a faint crack. Tap the paver with a rubber mallet it cracks. Of the 375, 10.5 x 7 pavers I have installed 23 have cracked. If I need to make cuts, I'll use these pavers. I know Home Depot can't inspect every paver or product that comes in. I wouldn't expect them too. The problem is this. Even though I allowed for 10% waste or miss-cuts I'm going to run out of pavers. I do not have a vehicle to transport pavers to and from Home Depot. What I'm worried about is this. Even though I have talked to Asst. Mgr. Gordon and he assured me that I would have no problem returning the damaged and defective pavers without any issue. It is a concern. I'll come back to this post after I return the said pavers to give an update.

This was my first experience at renting something and it was a great one!! Associates were extremely knowledgeable, courteous, and extremely helpful and prompt.

I am always able to find what I need in store, and if by chance they don't have it, they help me locate it or order it for me. They support military personnel which earns my vote for the best home improvement store in the city.

Love everything about the store, aside from their selection of planters and healthy indoor plants. Luckily their prices are very fair, so the loss of some plants wasn't too hard of a hit.

The store was stocked with all the products I was shoppping for. I am painting my kitchen and laundry room so I bought Behr paint which a lot of stores don't stock. I found great prices on items I wasen't shopping for but need in the future such as 30gal garbage bags and AA batteries. So I thought I would stockup. I was very impressed with the prices. A real bargin.

Ease of acccess through out store is finding what I needed

The Paint Dept. associate was excellent if you need paint information. He was friendly and takes questions without hesitation. The Paint Dept is tops.

Home Depot was having a great sale on there miracle grow potting sol I bought 10 bags. the next day I went back for more because the price was so great I wanted to get my mom some They were out of stock, when the associate saw how disapointed I was, he offered a comparable product for the same sale price. Being a senior citizen on a fixed income I was very grateful, that I did not have to drive a far distance to another store. Or miss out on such a big savings I was very happy and satisfied with the substituted product

I am a Pro customer with my paintwork I do. I love Bob & Noranne at the Pro desk every time they carry out phone purchases for my customers. People are always treated with such kindness & respect when they are in this store. I've never heard any associate ever say "I don't know". I've never heard any associate be rude to anyone.
