We always have a good experience every time we visit this store! The layout is easy to navigate & we can always find a large cart where they should be located. They still have the contractors parking area by the door which is a HUGE plus with our truck & trailer. The employee's are helpful, friendly and easy to find. We gladly drive the extra distance to visit this store instead of the store in our own city.

Very helpful employees

The staff are always helpful and courteous. Always. Pam helped me the other day find a Button head screw that I needed. Although it took time, she kept going and found it for me. I NEVER would have located it by myself. Pam is a great representative for Home Depot, and provides just the type of customer service that I always get from the staff at Taylor West!

A Home Depot employee was immediately available to assist me with selecting my Cub Cadet ZT1 Zero Turn 42 inch Riding Lawnmower without me having to search around for someone. This was a very pleasant change.

Employees were not friendly at all. The cashier was clueless on how to ring up a promotional item. When she didn’t know what to do, the manager came over and was very good at saying no, sorry i can’t help, we close in less than a half hour.

My husband and I had went to home Depot in Taylor on telegraph road many times and had good experiences all those times. Our last visit there we had bought some paint and the girl helping us was named Danielle she had said she was new there but with her experience you couldn't tell. I really like this store they have everything you need to help repair your home inside and out. The products are really dependable.I always enjoy going there because I know I'm not going to have a hard time finding anything and if I do there's always an associate walking by me I can ask. The store is never dirty everything is always in its place very organized.

Wonderful experience at the Home Depot Store at #2789.

Wouldn't think of shopping anywhere else! The store is very clean, well stocked, excellent customer service including all managers. Last trip, as always I was personally walked to all departments to find products I needed by Darin. Danielle paged Darin and thanks to Suzanne (cashier) who requested Danielle to page Darin. They all work together to assure you as a customer get the help you need!

Went to HD in Telegraph. HORRIBLE customer service and no one knew what they were doing.

The check out lines in the store are cumbersome and consist mostly of self scan. There are very few live cashiers (usually only one), and the way the lines are set up it is difficult to navigate to the cashier who is there. It is a very poor set up, and makes for long lines that do not flow smoothly. Now that they have taken away all but one cashier station at the outdoor patio and added self scans there too, I guess we can look forward to the same there also. I just don't see how this is a good idea, and it certainly is not being implemented to improve (or even maintain) customer service.

The tool rental tried to charge an insurance fee on the rental item I recently rented. I know in the past they have ask if I wanted the insurance but this time the associate just instructed me to click next while checking out. As a consumer It makes me very angry when companies attempt to sneak in extra fees in my opinion it shows a total lack of integrity and I now know that when I make purchases here in the future I need to waste my time to make sure they don't sneak in extra charges. Shame on home depot.

When I go to Telegraph and Goddard location I always have the same results. All the employees are great and helpful.

They are close to my home. The store is always well stocked and the prices are always as good or better than the competition.

This store’s associates are excellent in every way; knowledgeable, friendly, courteous, helpful and patient. The store itself is clean, organized and well stocked. What more can you ask for...shop at the Taylor Home Depot or find yourself regretting that you didn’t.

The new return desks are clean, neat and well organized.
