I went to Home Depot to pick up parts to repair a hole in an irrigation pipe. I had no idea how to fit the new piece into the 5 inch gap I cut out. My repair went wonderfully because Brian showed me how to repair it using one sleeve and introduced me to another part that allowed me to screw in the gap. Photo: crack

Know your paints and what to ask for and what to use, because they are not knowledgeable of paints in the paint department.

This location needs to move store equipment and not block shelves. Could not find assistance to help move the equipment to get access to the rug we wanted to purchase. Tried to get around the equipment to get the rug we wanted but hit my head and bruised it. This is a safety issue and Home Depot needs to do better.

I have been here for three years in my home bought all the stuff to replace my back patio.I worked in my garage for three months. Painting everything. It should last 30 years or more. 12 x 14 beam heavy with just a ladder then 4x 6 rafters. Them plywood then 90 pound felt then corrugated roofing.Worked out very nice. Had all delivered and put in garage.Your delivery people are great.

If you need help finding anything at the Tempe Home DePot ask for Bruce Johnson the Lock Smith who is always pleasant and seems to know where everything in the store is located.

I've always been impressed with the staff at this store (original HD in my neighborhood). Always very helpful and knowledgeable in comparison to other HD locations.

Employees have been very helpful this year; willing to help me get what I need. Good store and I shop here quite a bit! (my botique!)

I recently brought patio furniture, an overhead fan with misting & plants to finish the new patio. The prices are Home Depot always beat out the competitors. They deliver on time, without any hassles; and they take away all the packing/boxing material. I absolutely love this location, the employees are friendly & professional & always willing to help with great ideas for any project I am working on. Thank you.

We were so happy that Home Depot had the tile we selected in stock. Cheryl worked up our order and scheduled with your Install crew and they also did a wonderful job. Home Depot hires great people that show they love their job. Keep up the great service!

home depot has good prices but lousy service

So far I have been happy with my recent purchases. I can usually find an employee to answer my questions. I am planning on replacing my roof in the near future and I wish that Home Depot had recommended contractors for the job.

I found the sales lady 'Bella' to be very helpful. She provided me with plenty of information and time to make a decision. She was a delight to work with and she seemed genuinely interested in my appliance need. The product was right as was the price.

This is a great Home Depot location! Every single employee we encountered was so friendly, kind and helpful! There is a another Home Depot closer to our home but based on our recent visit to this location, this will always be our go-to store.

Received a call from the contractor to schedule my measurements for my sliding glass door. The only times he would give me our times I am at work. He was not flexible. Didn’t really seem to care so I am canceling this job and going somewhere else.

I needed wooden cubes for a project in my classroom. This is the second year in a row that I go to HoneDepot for this project. Mike st the timber department helped me choose what works best. He also cut all the pieces. He was very kind and helpful.

I came in to buy four 4 x 8 sheets of plywood to cut down and put into shelving units for one of our business locations. One of the staff members offered to rip and cut the shelves for me. Helping to load the lumber onto the cart and cutting everything down, he was very kind and professional. Thank you for your time Drew.

I'm a weekend warrior when it comes to hobbies so I don't know it all when it comes to lumber or have the means to manage every scenario that comes along. Recently I needed a 4' x 8' sheet of plywood cut to specifics and Drew in lumber came to the rescue. He treated me incredibly well and took care of my needs with enthusiasm. His experience and willingness to help saved me so much time on my project. In addition to Drew, everyone I encountered in the store was friendly and helpful.

Open late hours. Clean restrooms and employees will help with heavy items to the vehicle. Thanks!
