This is the only Home Depot store my husband and I will shop at. The customer service here is amazing!!

The store was very organized with signs indicating where each department is. The associates were very helpful and nice.

Went in looking to get paint and primer for bathroom that just remolded. The two employee in the paint department helped me and made sure I did not for get anything needed including the rebate form.

My husband and I love shopping at this location. The employees in each department are typically excellent at answering your home improvement questions.

The employees overall are very friendly and do not give one the feeling one is overstaying one's welcome. With whomever we dealt, each took his or her time with us, and I ask numerous questions, which may or may not result in my buying the product. So, this will be my primary store when in Arizona.

I WAS NERVOUS ON MAKING A HUGE PERCHES FOR MY NEW HOME BUT FEEL COMFORTABLE THAT I GET THE BEST DEAL.

I asked for help solving a plumbing issue. The Associate was attentive and quickly stated that the question was beyond his ability, but called another associate who answered quickly and as it turns out, correctly. She gave me some hints and alternative ways to achieve my desired solution. While I couldn't find the right part, she did, and I was quickly on my way. Good help, quick solution, and the cashier helped me get back to my task! I love it when a crew works together!

The employees are always helpful and willing to go the extra mile to make your shopping experience worthwhile. The Pro desk has never let me down at this store whether I'm calling in or at the store. Gina, Mario, Veronica are always willing to drop what they are doing to help out in any way they can. WELCOME BACK ANNA, you were gone entirely way to long & it wasn't the same without you!

I went to the store to exchange a propane tank and the outside employee was overly helpful in explaining how to go about it. And once I went into the store to the Return counter, the lady associate was equally as helpful.

Very knowledgeable and friendly employees. Not at all pushy. and helped me make the right choices.

This is one of my local Home Depot stores, but I like it better than the others. It is usually easy to find a customer service person, and they go out of their way to help. I went in this morning to get a list of things, and had a great experience. I wish I had gotten the names of the associates who help me (there were 4 different people), because all of them were very helpful.

I am equi-distant between Home Depot and Lowes, and considered each before I left the house. For whatever reason, I decided to go to Home Depot, and I'm glad I did. I am an older person, and today I was greeted and spoken to by several employees at this Home Depot. When I needed someone to assist me, I found one and he did a great job of taking me directly to the product and picking out the exact fluorescent light bulb I needed. At least 8 sales people spoke to me from the time I entered until the time I left. They were all just cordial and nice! What a sweeeeet surprise!

I've been to a number of Home Depots in MA, AZ and CA. This is the best, probably because staff are friendlier and more helpful in AZ in general. Great selection and kept up to date. Easy to find items or get help or suggestions.

This is one of the cleanest Home Depot I have ever been in. Isles are neat and well stocked.

I was helped by Greg Storm, the electrical Guru. He helped me with an impossible-seeming problem which he solved with just a couple of parts. He took me to three different areas of the store, got the parts for me, fitted them together and showed me what to do, and as a result my job is now finished. I can feel confident I did the job well - what price that end result? Many thanks!

I had a complex problem involving military discount. a gift card, and a return, Barbara at the customer service desk was instrumental in solving my issues. Kudos to her!

The Customer service I received in the Tempe Home Depot this morning was un-believable !!

I was very pleasantly surprised on my last visit to this store and I remembered why this is my favorite Home Depot store. The associates were all friendly and wanted to help. I felt like they took a genuine interest in my projects and wanted to help in any way they could. Their presence was not overbearing and when I said I didn't need help they respected that and said if there was anything I needed just ask and left me alone to browse. One young man in the lumber department reminded me that they could cut any full sized sheet of plywood down if I needed it and he would be glad to assist in any other way he could. This store has a very welcoming staff and I have always preferred shopping here over other HD stores and their competitors.

We moved to this area from Scottsdale in March. We have used this store on numerous occasions and have always found what we needed, sometimes with assistance from the staff. All of the associates we have worked with have been very helpful and also importantly, knowledgeable. Tonight was no exception. In fact they went above and beyond the call of duty. We can not say enough about these people and our multiple experiences at this store.

I found my freezer on-line, called the store, spoke with an associate he tagged the item for hold for me, went to the store, bought it and the associate helped me load it in my vehicle, excellent experience overall.

I love that your store is dog friendly. I can take care of my shopping and socialize my dog at the same time! Your staff is also vey friendly and helpful. Always willing to help in any way they can.
