The sales associate at the returns / customer service desk is outstanding. Her name is Barb and she goes out of her way to assist every customer.

I almost always can find what I am looking for and need at this Home Depot. All the associates are very knowledgeable and friendly. And I like when Mike C. is cashiering he is friendly, helpful and quick.

Received quick help when going to store to order my closet doors; associate was also able to place my appliance order saving me time and saving me the trouble of going to another department for that order. Associate was very pleasant and knowledgeable; easy transaction.

I can see and feel the quality of the product display and that would help me to make the right purchase decision.

Went in on way to work looking for a gas connector hose and fittings for a piece of equipment at my restaurant. Looking for the isle an associate asked if I needed help and directed me to the exact location of what I needed. Everything I needed was there and I was out the door in no time. In and out in record time with everything I needed. Very happy.

i have been shopping at this store for so many years and still turn in and been trying to vin a chance to get a free shopping speed I do not know how it is taken place thank you

Needed a belt clip for my DeWalt cordless drill. Explained to the associate that I couldn't find it anywhere in any other store. Not even on the DeWalt.com site. Explained to him that a bought a set that only came with one and that I would like to have another for the other drill. Which would make my life more pleasant seeing that I'm on ladders when I use it. After a quick look around, the associate took one off, of one of the display tools and gave it to me. Went on to purchase more drill bits, just to complete my collection... Great help from a great associate. Would support this store anytime again...

This is my favorite Home Depot location. The management team clearly endorses a team environment and focus on the customer experience. I had best experience in purchasing an outdoor storage cabinet. The associate helped load it on cart, bring it to register and put it in vehicle. It required unpacking it, in order to fit into my Civic, and another associate jumped right in and within minutes I was on my way. This was a great experience and truly appreciate the level of service they provided.

Received immediate help/assistance for ordering some carpet. Elaine is awesome and helped me select the best carpet match to repair a rental home. Very fast, friendly and knowledgeable service! Thanks!

My husband and I were assisted by Diane in the Plumbing Section. WOW! She knows her stuff. We plan on finding her every weekend that we visit Home Depot for our projects.

If you need help with plumbing, find Diane! She is extremely knowledgeable and eager to help! She will make sure that you are planning to do your plumbing project the right way, with the correct materials, so that you will not have to rip things apart in the future.

I found an extension cord receptacle that locks the plug into the cord so my tools and cooler does not come unplugged. I did not know such a product existed until I went looking for a replacement receptacle that had failed.

Every visit I have experienced at the Tempe Location on Warner has been terrific. Friendly. Knowledgeable Associates. Clean and Well organized products. Always a HAPPY experience.

This neighborhood store is friendly, easy to visit

I bought 2 toilets and since they haven't been installed yet, I can't judge them but the associates on three visits were helpful and provided good advice. They did all they could to make me a happy customer.

Always a HD fan, doing a reno on primary residence, able to get good info, selection and assistance for Paint & Carpet upgrade. Nice to have most all of what I need at one location. If timed right, sales / promos can help the bottom line.

Needed assistance with mixing and buying 18 gallons of paint and many other items for our home remodel. Was quickly assisted and found everything we needed. Excellent customer service from all employees and an incredibly clean store!

This store seems to have some of the most helpful of all Home Depot employees. It has been like that every time I go there. Today it was an employee named Keith who provided EXCELLENT customer service.

Diane and plumbing is the most helpful and knowledgeable woman I've ever dealt with at Home Depot .last time I was there she was in the tool department and i gave her a hard time because she wasn't in the plumbing department I feel she's so helpful in the plumbing department her time is wasted in the tool department.

The store associate was very friendly and helped me find items I needed just by describing what I wanted to do.

Disappointed that the prices have gone up since the last time I purchased these same items.
