I AM NOT AN EMPLOYEE AND NEVER HAVE BEEN BUT I BUY A LOT AT HOME DEPOT. THIS STORE AT KYRENE AND WARNER IN TEMPE AZ IS THE WORST HOME DEPOT STORE! Horrible store, not friendly, not helpful, rude, lack sufficient supplies, horrible management.Management is down right incompetent at this store and do not care about their customers. Four bad store employees. Alexis Leroy Delores and the store manager all got involved and all had VERY poor customer skills. From the second I walked in the door I received poor customer service. I walked in and Alexis was at the return register. No hi, hello, how are you. It was just me and her. We made eye contact and she looked away with no greeting. I walked over to hardware. I needed 126 5/16 1" zink carriage bolts. Leroy and I were the only ones in the isle. I walked up to within a foot of him. No acknowledgment again. I at that point needed help. I was standing next to him. He walked away and I was alone, still needing help. I started hunting for what I needed by myself. Then a female employee (sorry name unkown) showed up. She did help me but before I was finished she was gone too. I walked to the end of the isle and she was standing two aisles over socializing with another employee about personal things. It would have been nice if she would have stayed and helped me instead of socializing. I only needed 126 bolts but decided to purchase 3 boxes of bolts or 150 bolts. The store had two boxes of 50 and about 100 loose ones. I took the two 50 count boxes and 50 loose bolts to checkout. Delores would only ring up the 50 loose ones separate or individually even though the shelf said a bulk buy of fifty were less. The store manager at that point came over because I said I would not pay full price because I had the bulk quantity. She (I did not catch her name) also would not do it without the flimsy cardboard box. I was pi ssed at this point from lack of service and poor service I pulled a bolt from the sealed box and a loose one. I showed them they were the same bolt but it did not matter. Now here is the BIG DEAL. How much difference was the cost? The difference was $1.50. They treated a customer poorly over $1.50. I WILL NEVER SHOP THAT STORE AGAIN, EVER!

Management always hires the best workers. Jeff is a prime example. Thanks for all your help.

Clean store with clean restrooms. Purchased a dishwasher and did not know what the difference was between the items. Was educated on the merchandise and the noise level that each one will give. Knew a lot of the items and I got educated on the different items as well.

Employees have horrible attitudes. Moral seriously needs to change to have so many employees who don't give a "you-know-what".

Mary at checkout is fast and efficient.Very friendly. Good worker for the Depot.Barb at returns always a help to me and settles issues quickly.Management great for picking winner workers.Good job to all.

I ENJOY THE PERSONAL SHOPPING EXPERIENCE BY COMING TO THIS NEIGHBORHOOD HOME DEPOT WHICH IS ONE OF MY FAVORITES!

You can find anything you are looking for at a good price at the Home Depot so why go anywhere else. This store is great clean and the best people to help you. thanks,

Today's visit was to pick up some items for work that was needed. It was a hot Saturday but this home depot had a snack for all their customers, popcorn! Not to mention they grilled hot dogs on a Traeger grill (best grill ever) along with icy cold water and gave those free as well! That was a nice touch. The employee who helped me today was sweet and went above and beyond to help me find what I needed. He pretty much went shopping with me as I went down my list of the items I needed. I definitely would recommend this particular store. They have never failed me.

be 15 percent i went in to buy a microwave and was quoted a price, which was displayed, and when I came back with my wife I was trold it would be 15 percent more plus one hundred dollars more for instalation......... .... we went to Lowe's and bought it for the advertised price.........

I love this store! Everyone was so nice. The aisles were well stocked and uncluttered. The store was very clean. At one point in time, I needed the assistance of an associate and there were three people who offered to help me. Unusual and great! I will shop here again. As a matter of fact, I am looking forward to it :) THANKS, Home Depot!!!

The employees have always treated me with respect, a willing attitude to meet my needs & overall just great customer service. This is a smaller store than the big construction Home Depot like in Mesa on Country Club Rd & I60. I have been going to this neighborhood Home Depot since the beginning of its conception.

Barbara and Dolores always go above and beyond to help get me what I need. They are a terrific team. The entire store is well run by Judy the store manager. I go out of my way to shop at this Home Depot.

Great Employees and customer service, even after the sale! Multiple examples of positive sales and service examples...latest example was expert support from Brian and Randy with Schlege locks related to doors and locks previously purchased.

Dolores and Barbara and other employees great workers and are always helpful. Also, Stu helped us find what we needed. Thanks for all you do for me and my family. We are are in your store two to three days a week. That says it all.

Great store, friendly associates, sometimes I go in there and require assistance / help and can never find anyone, and the policy is that a manager can take up to $50 off an item, the manager the night I purchased the toolbox was extremely adamant that she absolutely could not give me any money off.
