I went into Home Depot for some bags of Quikrete Mason Mix. The inventory was very poor. There were about 4-5 bags, which were all torn and leaking the dusty mortar mix! I didn't know they were all torn until I went to load them into my vehicle! It got all over my vehicle, all over me and all over my house!

I bougth those products a last month and one week ago and am very happy that I did

I go there many times to the Homedepot in Tewksbury. I like variety of plants they have with reasonable price. And people works there also are very friendly. I always feel happy when I visit there.

She was very rude and grouchy to me yesterday,I don’t like the way she treated me,because I’m black.

The staff at this location were excellent throughout my experience, from beginning to end. Jacob was outstanding- making the process of ordering (and reordering) a dryer as easy as it could be. He was knowledgable, funny, and kind and made sure I knew what I was doing and what I would be getting. The Installation team was awesome! They worked quickly and efficiently and were also very funny! Even the woman who helped me with my reimbursement was sincere and pleasant! Great people, great experience!

Needed keys copied. In and out of the store very quickly. Employees are very friendly and helpful. 😊

Spent 3-4 weeks trying to place an order for doors. Came in three times, talked to representative 3 times on telephone and order never sent. By third week told to come into store and order will be sent. It required 2 1/2 hours at store before order was confirmed. Originally told installation for doors to be $130.00 each x 3 doors = $390.00. Instead told the instillation was actually some $2,600.00. Three doors originally quoted some $1,700.00 ended up at some $3,100.00. Total original quote some $2,2000.00 turned out to be, after 3 weeks of problems and hours of time, some $5,600.00 + tax! Next refused to honor my 24 month free interest coupon on instillation cost - only doors. Told also had to place a call on the back of my credit card for approval instead of simply scanning the bar code on coupon. Asked for simply one page breakdown of door costs and instillation cost to look over before i signed my Home Depot charge card. Instead handed me 42 PAGES to review before signing. After some 30 + YEARS with Home Depot, instead of Loews, i now have to change my future purchase choices.

Staff was So helpful! Great place to get solutions to some tough home projects!

Bought. DeWalt cordless blower great tool

I got the same item at a N.H. Home Depot for less money. Just take the extra 15 minute ride up to N.H. and you can save money.

I am very pleased with the service I get at the Tewksbury Home Depot. The staff is very accomodating and if cannot find what I was looking for the staff looked up where it was in the store and gave me the info. I have been shopping there for 45 years. The staff is great.

Service desk at the tool rental was awesome. Don't know his name but he has red hair and he was great. Very helpful.

Ordered bag mulch to be delivered was supposed to be the day of the order. A non HD employee delivered the wrong items ( electrical fittings) I called the store and they agreed to assist with the delivery next day. The delivery was never picked up for delivery. I contacted the store and decided to pick it up. The HD employees were outstanding. The third party delivery companies not good. Thanks Jerry

I shop there for a dishwasher machine this month everything went well and smooth. I was very pleased the way I was treated. Elaine Renault was the person that I was talking to. She was wonderful explaining me all the details how this gets done etc. So far I am pleased with the way everything went.

What I bought is exactly what I needed.

Bought a ton of wood pellets and it was delivered as scheduled up to the garage doors.

We love the new grille- and the delivery driver “Chris” was was A++. We are older an he took the time to explain how it works and how to access our phone for the directions. Thank you Chris !

Ob from Tewksbury Home Depot was nothing short of professional, informative, polite and patient. We purchased a washing machine on at a very busy time where Ob was the only one in the department at the time . He handled everything with patience and did a fantastic job spending adequate time with us. Thank you ! Awesome job Ob!! There should be more associates like him .
