I was just impressed with the customer service of Sarin. Assuming his being on the younger side of the employees he stood out. He was very helpful even though it was not his dept. He made sure I was satisfied. I appreciate customer service and it goes a long way. Even though it was probably very simple for him, its the small things that people notice. He did his job and in a prompt manner. That's all anyone could ask and he did it.

The associates are available, knowledgeble, friendly & helpful. Items are easy to find. What annoyed me was the survey. I was forced to answer questions that did not apply. For one example I was forced to answer that I had use a mobile app either before or while I was at the store. The fact that I didn't use that app either before or when i was in the store was unimportant. I had to answer it. I tried using none of the above but, that was unacceptable. Needless to say I changed my opinion of everything from satisfactory to unsatisfactory. Shop at this store, DO NOT take the survey. The possibility of getting a $5,000.00 gift certificate is NOT worth the frustration.

The store is always clean, staff is always friendly, they always help me out when I need it. Provide tips, tricks, advice - cant thank everyone there enough!

They really pay attention to customers and it's something that I really do appreciate. We are new to this area, having moved all the way from California and were looking for advice on gardening. So the associate, pretty professional and courteous with us, made some great recommendations. For instance, I was buying a gardening product; he listened to us and suggested the right kind, after I'd picked up the wrong brand. Picking up sticks to use as supports for our plants, we were about to pick a pretty thin stick. However, he suggested the correct width and probably saved us a lot of effort in the long run. His customer service, his levels of attention to our problems meant a lot, as we are pretty much amateurs when it comes to gardening. If this is the kind of level and care, its associates spend on each customer; I will certainly utilize this store for my home renovation needs.

The flooring associate was extremely helpful in assisting me with choosing just the right carpet and pad for installing all new carpets on my 2nd floor bedrooms. The measuring appointment was easy, on time, and quck.

The associates in lawn & Garden were very helpful and the cashier was excellent

Store associate was super helpful and assisted me in finding several items much quicker than I could have done and made my experience much better! He even spent extra time explaining the various questions I had about each product and was extremely knowledgeable! I only wish I remembered his name!

Please do your best to drive costs down. That will keep HD open in the long run. Lowes is to expensive.

Loved browsing through the garden area. There was a large variety of spring flowers and shrubs. My trip this day was to only buy mulch, peat moss, and a limited amount of fertilizer. I will be returning to purchase additional garden supplies within the next week.

I needed to purchase blinds or shades for eight windows and was very unsure what to get, how to measure, etc. The staff that helped me over the course of a few hours - Gary, Jeannie and Mary - couldn't have been more helpful and patient while I made my decisions. I had a lot of questions and each time they answered them professionally and put me at ease that the choices I was making and the significant amount of money I was spending was the right decision. I would recommend them to anyone and will be back when I need more shades as we refurbish our home.

I am a diabetic and suddenly experienced a low blood sugar while standing in the checkout line. The lady at the counter recognized the symptoms and politely asked how I was feeling. Luckily there was candy on sale at checkout and she assisted me while I ate and she checked off my items. She was sure I had recovered before I left her area (there was nobody behind me so we did not inconvenience anyone. I commend her actions (My receipt says she is "Cashier Linda LAL98D) Not including the fact that I'm a loyal HD shopper, I will continue shopping and recommending HD due to people like Linda. - Sincerely - bob perle

My main purpose for visiting the Home Depot (HD) today was to purchase a new dishwasher, schedule delivery and setup/schedule for the installation of it. I will admit that I was slightly apprehensive prior to coming in, as in the past I have always purchased my major home appliances through a smaller, non-chain (read “Mom & Pop”) local appliance store. I would then have to deal with the contracting of installation myself. After doing my online research, I decided this time to go with HD and let them handle everything. The store associate that helped me today, Alexis was extremely helpful. I had several question regarding the delivery and installation specifics, as I live in a condominium complex that has certain restrictions. Alexis was very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. In the one case where he did not know the answer to one of my installation questions firsthand, he immediately made a phone call and had the answer within a minute. In this day and age, it is very satisfying to see that someone still knows the meaning of the term “personal customer service”. I cannot praise this young man enough. In that thought, I feel that this commentary should forwarded to the appropriate Human Resources person to have it put in his personnel folder.

I shop at The Home Depot as well as the other blue store...I have pro accounts at both. James and Bobby in Tewksbury make the difference for me when it comes to having a choice on where to go for materials. They seem to have a genuine care for our satisfaction. It's the small things and overall attitude that matter. Not to mention, they ACTUALLY know the business. That is so important when you're trying to plan or prep for a project as a pro. They have been very reliable when me or any of my crew come in for materials or assistance on a project.

Very helpful, clean, and friendly staff. I needed help with a flooring question, the associate that i spoke with wasn't sure of the correct answer but made sure he found someone who could help me, Both associates went above and beyond to get me the answer that i needed.

Received knowledgiable assistance from lady in paint department regarding painting furniture. Worked out fabulously and was well received by all.

Everything we needed was found easily and what we couldn't find, there was someone there to help. we will certainly be returning.

I've been shopping at the Tewksbury store since 2008. Before that I shopped at Home Depot in New York and Wisconsin. They always have what I'm looking for, whether it's tools, building supplies, paint, electrical, plumbing, appliances, hardware or whatever. The stores are very well managed (not like the Loxxx stores). Employees are very helpful. Management understands what customers want: service, high quality, variety, convenience, and good prices (in that order). I live less than a mile from a Loxxx store; their management doesn't understand much of anything, which is why they had to close a bunch of their stores. Keep up the good work Home Depot.

Had purchased a Ryobi 12v cordless drill and unfortunately the charger/battery failed. Store rep checked the issue and confirmed the problem. Unfortunately the item was not in stock, but the store representatives went thru extensive checks to help the situation, the effort was acknowledgeable.
