Appreciate the employees/company setting rules in place to protect shoppers from contracting COVID-19. Store only allowed a numbered about of shoppers in the store at one time. Was helpful in getting products needed and a speedy checkout. Thank you for caring.

The customer service at the Texarkana, TX Home Depot blows the competition away!

All around an excellent experience

Because of the coronovirus situation, things were set up for customers to quickly shop, check out, and leave the store. Was taken directly to item I purchased instead of directing me and an employee helped me check out my large electronic item in the "seft help" lane. Was in and out of store in no time.

As retired USAF, I have been all over this nation and I have to say, the level of quality in service and available product is without equal; thank y'all for always helping us out. You always thank me for my service...well, it was my honor!

i was helped by cashier Lecesha yesterday and today. That was the fastest that i have ever been checked out. She was friendly and courteous. The employee that helped us with the doors we purchased today she was very helpful and friendly.

I returned patio pavers on 2/29/20 and received a store credit of $89.54. On 3/6/20 I used $53.46 of that credit buying other items. On 3/9/20 I used the last $9.02 in store credit and paid $131.41 in cash, not debit card, cash as in dollar bills. I had forgotten to return a roller handle from the receipt on 3/6/20 before making the purchase on 3/9/20. They would not just give me cash back for the roller handle so I attempted to return the entire purchase of $140.43, get the roller handle added to the $9.02 store credit, get my $131.41 refunded in cash and make the entire purchase all over again. When I tried to return everything, within 5 minutes of the original purchase, I was denied. So I ask to just put the roller handle on a gift card and that was denied as well. The store manager on duty at the time said there was nothing he could do and advised me to call the number on the receipt, so I did. That was a third party company that told me since I was in a twin city, I could not live in AR with an AR drivers license and make the return in TX. But I did exactly that with the pavers on the 2/29/20 return mentioned above. They suggested that I drive 2.5 hours away to a HD in the closest city in AR, or get someone with a TX drivers license to make the return for me. Well, since they ask you for your DL when using a store credit, it would not match the person who returned it with the TX DL and I would not get to use it. This entire process has been a joke with incompetent people trying to resolve it.

I purchased a Champion log splitter at the Texarkana Home Depot. The service/advice/help was exceptional. I would definitely recommend shopping at this location.

Texarkana store is always clean..well organized..and we'll stocked..Home Depot in Texarkana is the only store we go to for a wide variety of items..Staff members are always polite and willing to assist you in finding an item or items

I don't know where you found Bobby Mixon but if I owned a hardware store I would steal him! He knows this place from one end to the other. And I would try to get Douglas, Scott, Mike, Laura, and several more. They make me feel like I am the biggest spender there. Far from it but sure makes me feel important when spending my hard earned money!

Very Friendly store and helpful!

I like your store, it is conveniently located, It has sufficient items in stock for just about any home repair or restocking. The only problem I experience is a lack of personnel when a question arises. However, when a person is located they are friendly and knowledgeable about their wares.

If you need a new kitchen appliance try to find Jacqueline Thomas and let her help you. She knows her stuff and is very helpful. You’ll know her by all the employee recognition badges she wears on her apron. Thanks Jacqueline!

Never knew there was so many different shades of white paint! The young man at paint counter was very nice and helpful and showed me the difference between semi and enamel and flat and matte. Wish I would've caught his name..

The only thing I would change is to have a regular checkout spot included in the area for returns and on line shopping puck up area so it's less walking and waiting in line for customers that have problems walking or standing. It would just be more helpful to the customers.
