Best Home Depot I have ever visited. Employees were nice and very helpful.

The employees were so helpful and this store had a big variety of what we were looking for which was Christmas lights and decor.

RAN INTO OUR LOCAL HOME DEPOT AND WITH THE HELP OF EMPLOYEE RYAN, WE FOUND WHAT WE NEEDED AND WAS IN AND OUT IN A FEW MINUTES. IT'S NICE TO GO INTO A STORE AND BE GREETED AND THANKED FOR YOUR PATRONAGE!

I have used Black & Decker before, and so happy to get another Black & Decker Trimmer that was available in the Texarkana, Texas store.

They had what I needed.

Most of the time a 5star. Customer service needs to be re trained!

Don’t expect any assistance in loading in the store or at the loading dock. Associates won’t speak, offer assistance, or make eye contact for fear of being asked to do something! One guy stayed on his cell phone the entire time we were loading. Perhaps the store manager needs to be trained in customer service and expect the same of the associates. Customers like us are the reason they get paychecks!

I will be back more than once to finish my home project

The price of wood is ridiculous but the fact that we stood in 100+ heat for over 20 minutes waiting for someone to load the crummy looking wood on to our truck is completely unacceptable. While one worker stood around with his forklift doing nothing. He was too lazy to load us so we had to wait for others to come with another lift to help us. I could add a photo of the worker standing around doing nothing after he finished stocking some iron and pipes but I won’t.

I bought my fridge, washer, & dryer at Home Depot because of the greate customer service!

We built furniture but we can never get the help we need to get everything done in a timely manner.

Associates are always friendly and ready to help. The store is clean and well stocked. Deliveries from this store came on time with the correct product.

I had to buy a new dryer today and the ladies in that department were Amazing.Ms Munise was so helpful and kind. Thank you Ms Tina for hiring her. All three of those ladies were helpful. Any questions that I had- they had the answers.

It's getting harder and harder to find an employee willing to help in the aisles. Cashier at Pro Desk miscommunicated then blamed me for waiting on the next customer while I retrieved my lumber cart, even though the customer told her what I was doing and my first cart was where she told me to put it. Another customer had to help me load my lumber because no employees were available.

I have most of the Ryobi tools that Home Depot stocks, and I must say, I have not been disappointed with either of them after many years of service.

Their are two ladies that work at the Texarkana location that had really good Customer Service they provided me and my husband with great knowledge of buying a Microwave and they didn't leave us until the item was purchase and we were out the door. Thumbs up to Sharon and Shine. Thanks

I went to purchase a door guard, but not for a door. I will be using it to cushion a ladder rack on my truck so it does not hit the cab when I go over bumps.

Waited over an hour for forklift to drop material. Nicely went to manager and he was just rude and did not care. At least he could of pretended to care. Had 14 heavy cement blocks and no help loading cart or truck. I am 67 and thought I would get help, but most employees just standing around talking to each other.

The store is well stocked and easy to get around. The employees are very helpful and know the products.

I bought this a year ago. After 27 years of painting, this my favorite sprayer. They don't carry these in stores but it was easy to order at ProDesk.

Always have what I need in stock or online which is very convenient.

I want to commend a great employee for taking the time to walk the better part of the length of store to show me to the batteries and find back stock on the specific item I needed. I wasn't able to get the name, but he was a very helpful guy.

The only problem I have is seeing more things I want ha! The staff is so helpful, and Home Depot’s prices are great, and each time I have shopped for an item in there sales paper it is in stock!

Quick and friendly service

There are always customers in the store, but it does not get congested at the checkout lines. Everything flows smoothly and cashiers are courteous. Even the self checkout lines are used and flowing smoothly. We have not had to wait in line since we moved here a month ago.

Make sure the service offered is available in this area before you buy the product. You may have to do it yourself.
