I often visit this particular store since it is on the way to our community garden. EVERYONE at this store is SO nice and helpful. I have not met a bad employee from the managers to the store clerks and tool rental, everyone is so HELPFUL! There are days that I'm so tired from working that it's just nice to greet a smiling face and they don't disappoint.

Great products and friendly employees. No issue on the rare times I have a return.

This particular Home Depot is located a few miles from my home in The Colony, TX. I have been shopping there for years. It's my go-to store for DIY projects. The staff is always friendly and helpful.

I just bought a new refrigerator for almost $4000. The sales guys was great and very kind. when they delivered it to my home, it was one guy that was doing it. He managed by himself to remove it from the truck and bring it to my deck. He had a very hard time trying to get it up three stairs. I am a female and I am 72 years old. I had to help him get it up the stairs on the deck to the door. now my body is paying the price.

If buying a garage door, call the number on the website or you'll waste hours of your life because majority of employees are confused about buying process, the website is bait and switch meaning, when all done ordering the garage door, then time to pay, after hitting enter the website blinks and goes back to the beginning. Home Depot solve your own issues because the issues waste customers time, Home Depot needs a reboot because they're a customer service nightmare.

I rented a scissor lift for a project at home. It was my first time doing so and the employee at this Home Depot told me it would go over a step. Unfortunately that is not true. I spent three hours trying to get it over a step. I ended up returning the scissor lift and asking for a refund. The employee at this Home Depot location said I should have known the equipment. I told him I didn’t and that this was the first time I had rented this type of equipment. He laughed and gave me a 10% discount and responded with “we are in the business of making money”! He was very rude, unprofessional not helpful and made my unsuccessful project even more frustrating. I will not recommend this location nor return.

I had a storm door installed by home depot. and love how it looks!

Employees plain out lie about item availability. Probably too tired to look for the item. When shown item availability in the app I was pointed in a random direction. I spent 20 mins looking for the item and checked out my self. Not sure why they have in trained and clues employees when I’m on my own.

This store always seems to have a greater quantity of inventory as compared to some of the other surrounding Home Depot stores, which saves me time when searching for a specific part.

Just before closing, Mateo helped me find what I needed and set everything aside. The next day Gavin cut the carpet the way it was supposed to be cut, saving the installer time and me money.

Customer service was terrible today. Unwilling to help us out. Sent us to pro center, just to get rid of us. The associate in customer service, did her job well. After the fact, she was reprimanded!

Super nice people. At checkout, was asked if I found everything I needed. It's the small things that matter.

Last two purchases were confirmed received but after 6 hours was never advised that it was ready. Went to store,never picked. System appears to be broken.

Out of stock on several items No staff anywhere near the cleaning supplies for help Store shelves seemed they hadn’t been stocked or faced in a long time Parking Lot was filthy Dog Crap in the landscaping

I have visiting this store several times in the past 3 weeks. On 4 of these visits as I was either coming in or checking out I was assisted by Makayla. Today I stopped by with my wife and upon checking out Maykala was spot on with assistance. A friendly smile and willingness to assist customers through their shopping experience says a lot about the customer service. I believe in rewarding such employees that display customer service above reproach, such as Makayla.

I’m so glad I went to this Home Depot! On Christmas Eve, I had such a great experience with help losing my cart with heavy items and then delivering it and loading it up in my car during a thunderstorm. Encountered only happy, positive and helpful employees. So impressed!

We bought a toilet online and it was extremely easy. We did curbside pick up and it was so convenient. Employees were very friendly and helpful.

I purchased our first Midea U shaped AC a few years ago for our living room It’s amazingly efficient ! Just purchased the second Midea U Shaped AC for another location in the house. We not only got another great AC unit we also had another Great shopping experience at the Home Depot in The Colony Tx . The Manager and sales staff were very friendly and helpful and professional ! I highly recommend !!

Stuff can be bought anywhere, but you can always tell when the staff actually cares.

Tried to buy wooden fence panels, but they couldn’t sell me any because they were not accessible without a forklift operator, which they did not have.

The store was nice and clean. The employees were very helpful and friendly

Got in and out with wood screws for my fence gate without a wait.

I was able to get all the supplies I needed for my remodeling project and the customer service was great with the people I interacted with.

A lady named Nessa always greet me and ask me how was my day and is there anything that she can help me with. She was with another customer and she told me she would be with me in a moment I walked off looking at other stuff. She found me and asked me did I still need help? Such a nice lady
