The sample boards in the tile section are great and well organized!

I have had some problems with customer service at this store but I avoid those employees and look for Mona in flooring, Lee whose a supervisor and has helped me in several depts, Javantae in the lot, Manny, and Kelvyn.

Mr. David from Home Depot store#6562 (The Colony) was awesome. Great customer service and provided good ideas on our lightning project and sensor light installation. Even the "warranty" of the product with receipt an added plus on my consumer knowledge. Thank you for a great experience. Ami

Store needs to have more employees or have better coverage to assist customers. Several times have shopped here and I walk with a cane and have had carts filled with wood and items and have been offered any assistance. Either with trying to get to checkout or loading. When you request help it’s slow coming and seems to be an imposition

Go see Kelvin. If you have a project that needs a little finesse this man has got you covered. Don in Millworks is also fantastic and will help you to find exactly what you need. I love this store and was so thankful to Kelvin and his team for making my project happen. Kelvin at this location is simply the best!

The store employees at least on the afternoon shift need an attitude adjustment.

The employees are what/who make this store my favorite. I've been going here for 17 years now and I have never had a bad experience (well, if you don't include my own bonehead mistakes). If you haven't shopped here, you should. Take a minute to talk to the employees. Their always willing to take a minute out of their day to lend a hand!

On of the best Home depot store, what I could not find or be serviced on another store I did here. Highly recommend.

Jerry, supervisor at appliance department, was extremely helpful during my several visits to the store in last two weeks. I asked a lot of question about my current DIY project, Jerry provided all correct answers and guidance even not related to his department. If Home Depot wants to increase business with current and new customers, there is simple solution: Hire more guys and girls with Jerry's kind of attitude!

They need to get better Customer Service representatives. Who wants to give their business to a company that has employees who act like they're bothered when customers ask for assistance.

The store is well organized and everything is very easy to find. The employees are knowledgable about what they carry and where it is in the store.

A little disappointed that the item I wanted to purchase was not in stock but Sonia the cashier was very helpful and friendly she encouraged me to purchase the item on line. Over all I'm satisfied with my purchase and I enjoy shopping at this location.

Purchased refrigerator...great service...had questions and my questions were answered so I could make my purchase.

"Miami" Dave was our go-to guy and helped us find everything we were looking for. He and another associate (Ben) were extremely helpful in getting everything we purchased loaded into our SUV and a Home Depot rental truck. Even with two vehicles, an additional trip was required and "Miami" Dave was there again to help with our last load. Barb, the cashier, was extremely nice and even suspended our transaction for us at one point while we went back to get a few more things we needed. Everyone at this store was friendly and helpful. The product selection is excellent, and the sale prices can't be beat. I would highly recommend this Home Depot location for its staff, inventory availability, and great deals.

It was a pleasure to work with Doug when purchasing my washer and dryer. He made sure I understood everything, showed me the difference between products and set me up for no interest financing. He was very friendly and did not rush me.

The Colony Home Depot is a great store! The staff are very knowledgeable and friendly! I also like that they have someone to help you at the self-checkout. I've rented tools, bought plants, purchased appliances, and shopped for materials for home projects... always a pleasant experience!

I have done business with this store since I moved to the Colony 17 years ago. The Lady in the tile area help me put together different types of tile and supplies to remodel my two bathrooms into one very nice large one. David in the electrical area has helped me many time with electrical problems from replace my ceiling lights to problems with my electrical box and breakers. I got assistance when I rebuilt my back yard fence. Now you think that all of these projects should be very easy for a handyman. Well I am now a 65 year old woman and I still amaze them when they help me and find out I am going to do the work myself with their knowledge and help that they have provide to me. Great help and Thank to everyone there that has helped me.

The Colony stores does not disappoint, from the organization, employees offering assistance throughout the different areas, to experts you can count; all the way to check out. While we have other stores closer to us, it's worth the few extra miles to receive service that goes above and beyond.

Needed to replace exterior door hardware so that my wife felt safer. Paul took the time to help me pick out the correct hardware; gave me advice on how to install it; and even re-keyed the whole set for me in the store so that all keys and locks matched. That's the awesome customer service you can expect from The Colony Home Depot!

The store was clean and well organized. We had a great service experience with Paul from Electrical area, offered assistance, going above and beyond while assisting us, help educate us on different functionalities of electrical system. He quickly built rapport and his knowledge and expertise quickly earned our trust. Great experience in the paint area as well with offer of assistance without us having to ask, showing that he's paying attention to what customers are doing and identified an opportunity to provide assistance and share his knowledge and expertise. While we have other stores closer to us; moving forward this will be our store!

Very friendly staff. Store is easy to navigate. The last few times I’ve been numerous employees available from the entrance throughout the store as I’ve needed help. Love the assistance that is friendly and available at self checkout! Makes it very user friendly!!!!
