James asked if he could help me and took me to exactly what I needed without me asking him for help. That does not happen in other stores

When checking out, Anjie rendered stellar customer service and needed expertise, which allowed me to replace the lights I had selected on my own for lights that suited my purpose. I can now see in my closet and distinguish navy blue from black. Thank you, Anjie!

Manuel was an outstanding employee how went out of his way to help me out. He Ran over to me when two other employees where right by me, as I was loading plywood into my cart. He Left a lasting impression on me. Very nice young man how represented Home Depot with integrity, customer service and respect.

This is an excellent store because of the products they carry, but also because the people working there know their products and are very helpful. They'll even take you to the isle and show you where something is, and they'll help you with repair or remodel problems no matter how small or large. They listen and then help. I do like going there when I need help with furniture fixes, house repairs, and plantings.

The store employees at the Colony Texas Home Depot are some of the best/knowledgeable/polite people I have dealt with. I have never been disappointed in any when leaving the store. Customer service does appear to be high on their structured list of operation.

I go to this store all the time. When you need help it is hard to find an associate. This is generally the rule versus the exception.

I purchased weed and feed from the Garden Dept. One of the cashiers, Barbara directed me to the right weed and feed for my lawn so parts of it will not burn out. I will shop there over and over again, even though it is not the closest one. Rock on Barbara.

Ms. Debra, the floor specialist made our trip a joy! She helped us find the right items for our bathroom remodel project.

Been there a bunch of times for plumbing, electric, wood and landscaping. Always have what I need and the help is great when I need it.

I enjoy shopping at this store. The associates are friendly and many continue to recognize me whenever I come in. I take my daughter to the monthly Kids Workshops which she enjoys.

What I like about the Home depot store in The Colony the staff is friendly and really know how to make you smile!!!! They have good sense of humor and really try to help you find a solution to solve what ever problem you trying to tackle!!!!

Got a great deal today, black friday 2016 on a washer and dryer as well as a rolling tool box! Sales people were friendly and knew answers to all my questions. Got in got what I needed, got help and service right away on such a busy day. Thank you Homedepot!

The Colony #6562 NEEDS GOOD help, ran into 3 home depot employees before i was able to get some help.

Store is very clean and there employees are willing to help. They never gave up when our kitchen cabinets came in damage. They called the manufacture and made sure the product was sent ASAP.

If you are looking for assistance on doors and windows, you need to see Jennifer Senn at the Home Depot in the Colony. She is professional, courteous and very knowledgeable. She helped us with our choice of a new iron door. Her follow-up was first-rate. We highly recommend her.

Best service I had ever received from Home Depot after the sale.

I dropped $182 in cash when I pulled out my cell phone. An associate found it and turned it in to the office. I went back the next day and asked about the money and was quite surprised that it had been turned in. Thank you Cory! The pro desk people are always helpful. The pro cashiers are friendly.

Associates at this store always take time to talk even if its not specific to project or item im working on.The store has good employee culture and service is good.Can usually find what im looking for and if not someone might suggest another local vendor or idea to fix the issue.The tool rental and contractor associates are very busy and still seem to have good attitude and take time to respond to questions. Have never had a issue with returning a item i did not use or was defective. Customer service department is always helpful and knowlegeable.
