My experience today at the Toccoa Home Depot was refreshing. I met a very honest and helpful employee. I was in need of some insulation and the only remaining 3 batts on the floor were torn. This employee had just entered the area I was in and greeted me and ask if I needed something. After a quick deliberation he had the assistance he needed and very quickly brought out the product that I needed. He maintained a positive attitude and expressed his desire to make a positive impact by providing more product on the floor for the next customer that would find the new stock. This made a great interaction and experience.

I have felt neglected when I visit my local Home Depot lately. I stand around and have to wait over 30 minutes for help. Once I got the register with Brittany she was phenomenal. She was very kind and patient and very helpful.

I've been to this home Depot several times over the years and today was unexceptional for this store but exceptional as far as Home Depot stores go. I've been to the Commerce, Ga store, the Gainesville store, the Athens store, and several others throughout Northeast Georgia. This particular Home Depot is and has always been the exception to other stores I've patronized. The people that work here are not only helpful, but knowledgeable as well. The shipping experience here is worth any extra drive time.

It seems that shopping here is becoming more and more frustrating. The inconsistency in customer service and employees adds the that frustration.

I'm so glad we have a home depot in our town.You can get about anything you need there.The people are really helpful and friendly. They know what they are talking about and are real helpful.

Recently moved to the area. This store is by far the most customer oriented Home Depot that I have ever visited. Knowledgeable and friendly employees in every department. Very well staffed.

I bought an LG range and microwave my shopping experience was the best. My wife and I will shop at the Toccoa Homedept for our next home project . 5 ☆☆☆☆☆

This Home Depot in Toccoa, Georgia is consistently the most well-run, friendliest, cleanest and best-stocked Home Depot of any home improvement store I frequent. the team members are eager to help, always smiling, and take pride in their store...a rarity these days. Specifically, Bailey, Javon and Lorie are always so helpful and courteous!

I have been here twice in the last 2 days and they have been friendly and helpful both days

Mr. Michael, assistant manager went above and beyond. He helped me put the screen on my window. He had to redo it twice before he was satisfied. Me and my cats feel safer with my screen on my window. His patience helping an older was so appreciated. I could have never done it myself. Thank you for having such caring employees. Thank you, Mr. Michael.

I have purchased many items including plants, veggies, pavers, blocks, paint and lumber and have been highly satisfied.

I needed a bunch of items from an upper shelf location. When I found Billy pulling a pallet of items towards the outdoors / garden area and asked for assistance he immediately stopped what he was doing and quickly helped me. He then asked if he could do anything more, told me how much he enjoyed working at Home Depot, bade me farewell, and returned to his duties.

This store has great staff and plenty of gardening supplies. It tends to lack in having all of the basic PVC Plumbing supplies. Toccoa Rental is the place to go for plumbing items.

I was switching out an old sink and faucet, needed to update the plumbing connection without relaxing everything. Jeremy helped me figure it out and his suggestion worked perfectly. Friendliest cashiers around!

Going into the HD in Toccoa is always a good, pleasant experience. Friendly salespeople, ready to help and take you right to whatever you are looking for

K and Lee were a perfect team!!! After it was all said and done… Lee and another person ended up helping me load my truck I can just say I sm 200% encouraged… and if customer service in all of your locations is like this…. You are in for a $$$$ year!!

The cashiers even not busy will not help the customer. I had purchased 21 feet of quarter round - that is sold by the foot- and the Home Depot employees could not find the bar code in their hand held computer. They did not offer or ask for help, I the CUSTOMER had to walk back to the shelf and take a photo of the item ID and bring it to the front. This is at 8:00 on Sunday with nearly no one in the store and TWO cashiers standing with their hand in the the apron pockets. No body in-line to check out.
