I bought a storm door on line from the Toccoa, GA store. I was irritated that the website made it appear the item was in stock when in reality, I had to wait 3.5 weeks to get it. It is a very nice door and adds to the look of my home from the outside. It seems to be a quality door (Andersen 400 series storm door) with nice features. That's where anything "good" ends. Installation was a nightmare (HD contracted with RF Installations). After they cancelled 2 appts, the installer incorrectly installed the door. Cassidy at the Millwork desk has been outstanding in following up and trying to make this right. If not for her, I would have returned the door and gone elsewhere (to a competitor).

Husky sockets are kinda low quality. They traded them out for me when they broke but weren’t too happy about it. They leave items on clearance for 3-4 months at first mark down and don’t follow regular Home Depot clearance trends. Leave toolboxes outside and let them get wet and cold with no climate control for months.

Young lady at garden entrance scrolling on her phone. I greeted her and she just mumbled and frowned. Went right back to scrolling. Front is chaotic, no direction on where to check out. Self checkout lights off, line that says returns and two people at I assume is the customer just dancing in circles

I like this store because it's close to home and the employees are always glad to help.

Small store in a small town but I usually find what I need and great customer service
