I bought cabinets from Home Depot in Toms River had two of them shipped to my house and the whole bottom of it was busted broken now I have to put it back in my truck and bring it back to Home Depot to get a replacement very disappointed

I love going to the Tom's river home depot. Because the employees there are always friendly and eager to help when i'm looking for something or not sure what i'm looking for. They will walk you to the aisle where the item is. And ians show you how to use it.

I got this new fridge last night and I’m in love. I want to thank Bob for going above and beyond for us to get the fridge to our house. Bob was very helpful and we really appreciated it.

HOME DEPOT #920 is my local home improvement store. It was my go to place for my recent bathroom remodel. Lots of choices in the store and even more choices online. The store is well-organized, easy to find everything I needed for my project. The staff is knowledgeable and ready to assist, providing helpful advice on tools and materials. I appreciated the range of products available at competitive prices. Overall, this Home Depot is a fantastic resource for all DIY enthusiasts and homeowners alike.

APPERANCE AND COST VERY GOOD BUT LITTLE CONCERNED ABOUT CRACK THAT WAS ON THE SIDE OF THE SHELF I PURCHSED THREE UNITS AND HOPE THEY DON'T CRACK SO EASILY IN THE FUTURE ALTHOUGH THIS CRACK WAS PROBABLY DONE BY TRUCKER OR DELIVERY TO HOME DEPOT STORE BUT IT WAS NOT NOTICED ON THE EXTERIOR OF THE PACKAGE

bought 3 gift cards for my 3 sons. on the receipt it showed on only 2 cards a 'card balance'. store manager could not figure it out,.told me to keep the receipt in case something goes awry. lets hope not.

I have been to a number of Home Depot Stores for years. I prefer this store due to the friendly Customer Service and well stocked items. I love to look at the Seasonal Creativity too! The Enthusiasm of the Workers is Top of the Line!

After exploring other options, my husband and I decided to go with Home Depot for our kitchen renovation. I worked with Shannon in the kitchen department. She was extremely knowledgeable about all the products…the durability…and the design. She investigated all the discounts we were eligible for and offered excellent insight regarding the decisions we had to make. I could not have asked for a better experience, and I would recommend Shannon to anyone who is thinking of a kitchen remodel.

I went to the Toms River Home Depot looking to set an appt with designer for a kitchen & bathroom remodel/update. Returned here because previous experience was great.this trip was same, great customer experience & customer service .

The employees were friendly and helpful and quick to resolve my issue and the manager on duty was quick to help as well. It was a very good experience.

I was walking around and workers there doing nothing and nobody helping customers.You have to chase workers for help.One worker seen I was upset when checking out and insulted me buy saying have a nice day. Your website stated that you had my item that I needed in stock so I went there and sure enough you did. The lady in cabinets was VERY helpful. It was not her department but she located the item and had someone else with a Hilo retrieve it from top shelf. The whole transaction was approximately 15 minutes. I am very happy. Looking in hardware for certain items and Nannett was very helpful and took me to were everything was that I needed for my project.

I was looking to purchase a storm door and Katherine was a big help with ordering the specific door I wanted and setting up a contractor to install it.

Always looking gir a good bartender on wood working tools, you ask the supposedly qualified person in that area and they dont seem to know much if not at all about the equipment ,

Doreen from Tomsriver store was very helpful to us with our project. We wanted a new counter top and backsplash. Doreen walked us through it all with alot of patience and her time with a smile. Very happy we had Doreen to take care of what we needed.

They stock much of the same inventory they stocked 20 years ago.This prevents the inevitable hassles of searching numerous other sites for the desired item.

I paid $40 for tech to contact me and finalize the measurements for installation of a new storm door. I haven't heard anything from anyone. What's going on? I need to get this project done. Have a tech contact me.

Stephanie in the flooring department at the Toms River store is an exceptional and I would recommend you ask for her for all your flooring needs.

because this store is run by a skeleton crew. The only registers open inside were sell checkout. Literally HUNDREDS of customers in the store at the time and not ONE real register open. Awful, just awful.

I recently went to the garden center to purchase plants and had a great shopping experience. The staff was so helpful and friendly and made thoughtful suggestions for my garden and supplies I might need. The manager was very kind to my daughter as well. We look forward to our next visit to this location!
