What additional precautions is The Home Depot taking in light of COVID-19?
As part of our normal practice, our stores and other facilities are cleaned and sanitized daily. Following guidance from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), we've increased the frequency of cleaning and general hygiene maintenance in stores and other locations. We've also stepped up our efforts to disinfect high-traffic and high-touch areas like self-checkout, door handles, and bathrooms, as well as posting signage about handwashing and other preventative actions.
We're promoting social distancing in our stores and distribution centers, which includes stores limiting the number of customers inside at any given time. In addition to training our associates on social distancing, we've placed distancing markers at some of our checkout counters and are making overhead announcements on our store PA systems asking customers to practice social distancing.

We deliver curbside and you can order online for convenient store pickup daily until 6 p.m. Here's how:
- Buy Online and choose the "Store Pickup" option on the product page or in your cart.
- Once your order is processed, you'll receive an email or text message letting you know that it's ready to pick up.
- Go to designated Curbside Pickup location at The Home Depot store you selected and follow the instructions received in your email or text notification for Curbside Pickup. All of The employees go over and beyond what I think is extraordinary. No matter what question I ask, they do their best to find our, or walk me to the correct aisle for which I am looking for. Most are knowledgeable of what I'm looking for.

Everything was in order at home depot. The parking lot was plowed and there was no slippery

No longer supporting the Scotts Snap spreader refills. And nobody in the garden center to ask about it.
I got an email for fall fertilizer this AM, The first item I saw was fall fertilizer for the Scott's Snap spreader. So I head over to the store (On the second week of fall) and low and behold, they have none. Nothing at all for the Snap Spreader. I got to ask a clerk, but there were none to be found. They had closed the garden center entrance and checkout I guess for the winter, so I could not even ask the cashier. I had purchased the Scott's Snap spreader last year and the only fertilizer you can use with it is the Snap refills. So that makes my spreader totally worthless. Now I have to buy a new spreader.

Exceptional Shopping Experience
Store staff were helpful and friendly. Nancy Lively was exceptional in her assistance and her overall knowledge of products. She thinks outside the box and will not rest until the customer gets what she wants.
