So thankful for the people that are helping to make this holiday special for me and my family

Aside from prices skyrocketing from two to five times what they were a year or so ago and occasionally too few cashiers, this store is clean, well stocked, and has courteous and helpful staff.

Don’t have anything good to say

I’ve shopped at many HDs from AZ to the norteast coast for the past 25 years. . This location has the most attentive staff I’ve ever experienced. I was approached numerous times to see if I needed help. I did need help in several departments & I didn’t have to hunt for help. I was there to buy some flooring for my daughter. On 2 different visits I was asked if I needed help & I received the help I needed. I also needed a washing machine cleaner. While looking, an employee asked if he could help. He searched for a product on his handheld device & then walked me to the appliance dept. to get it. This HD is providing retail service at a high level. I hope Tucson residents realize how good this location is.

I am absolutely pleased with the staff at the pro registers. I am a long time customer from California. I have been at Home Depot almost every day doing projects on the home I recently purchased. The staff at the pro registers have been very helpful. Their names are Keri and Ramsey.

I buy often from Home Depot, but the Oracle store usually always has the items I need, and I like the store layout.

Home Depot is MY hardware store period. I retired from the "Depot" back in early 2005. They were the best employers I have ever worked for. THE BEST!

Still come to your store... but still order things on line... and you have a great shipping plan for everything

We went in for the Memorial Day sale looking for kitchen appliances and was very happy with the selection and the sale prices.

Shopping ar Home Depot for appliances,the web pace stated free delivery, how ever when I got the invoice it shower a charge for delivering in the amount of 29.00 dollars

I recently placed an online order through Home Depot for a pair of Milwaukee safety glasses that fit over prescription glasses—something I needed urgently for my high school CTE program. Two days later, I headed to the store to pick up my order at the customer service desk. I was greeted by Bella, who welcomed me with a smile and quickly got to work looking up my order. Unfortunately, the package was missing, which was a bit frustrating given my timeline. But Bella didn’t just apologize—she went above and beyond. She searched other store inventories, found the glasses at a nearby location, and arranged for them to be expedited directly to my school. That effort alone helped me stay on track with my lesson plan. To top it off, both Bella and the manager, Chris, offered me a discount for the inconvenience. Their proactive service and attention to detail turned what could’ve been a disappointing experience into an exceptional one. Big kudos to Bella, Chris, and the Home Depot team for showing what great customer service looks like. Bravo!

I THINK YOUR EMPLOYEES HATE THEIR JOBS AND ARE MISERABLE.

They put security code locks on the restrooms with no reasonable way to find out the secret code. Good luck finding an employee!!

I was promptly greeted with the warmest welcome in the paint department by Erin. She was extremely knowledgeable and made my paint buying experience the most exciting and easy purchase. I couldn't have asked for more.

Andrea is THE PERFECT example of customer service! She went above and beyond to help me in the Appliance Dept. Highly recommend this location!

As long as the idiots at Home Depot force me to use the self checkout, they will always be the LAST place I shop.

I have been shopping at store 0414 for over 20 years. All of the employees have always been extremely helpful with their expert help.

Associates working the stores should be knowledgeable of the shelf numbers with items customers are looking for. That includes areas of the store where items are.

most items are in stock at good prices.

The store and employees are great. It's a shame the parking lot is so rough that your items fall off the cart on the way to my truck. 5 stars for the store. 1 star for the washboard parking lot.

Couldn’t get anyone to help or even answer a page wasted a hr of my time

Last week I was in the plant department and needed help in choosing the right fertilizer for the plant I was considering to buy for my backyard garden. Mathew in that department was very helpful. He took the time to answer my questions. He is both knowledgeable and patient and explained what I needed to know. This is the kind of service that is lacking in Big Box stores. You need more of this kind of service.

We bought exactly what we needed to install an a/c.

Employees always friendly to help.

The aisles are WAY too packed with junk/merchandise. We left early because we couldn’t move around in the packed aisles. The people working there were great. Hire more human cashiers or pay me for working as a cashier. I’m going to continue shopping at ACE because they have human cashiers and I can actually move around in their store.

So upset with Home Depot today. My sister and I bought a heavy sink and needed help loading. I tore my shoulder and she is 83 years of age. Clerk called twice no one showed up. We ended up loading ourselves.
