In a hurry, knew what I wanted but didn't know where to find it. I was immediately greeted, an associate who could help walked me to the product, pointed special purchases, carried the item to the checkout counter and I was on my way.

The associate was very helpful, Knowledgeable, timely to help me locate tool kit.

The store is great, clean and well stocked. I am always a little intimidated when I walk in because I am not sure I will find the product but when I locate an employee they are always very helpful in finding the product. Most of the time the employees are easy to find but there have been a few times when it was difficult to find someone to help me.

The store had friendly associates, answered my questions quickly and showed me to my item I was there to buy.

There are always associates available on the floor to assist you. Gary was particularly helpful, as he helped me find the best priced material and even cut it for me! The friendly and helpful associates is why I prefer Home Depot over Lowe's.

I was able to purchase the item that I needed at the Home Depot today, without any difficulty. The store is well organized and I had no trouble locating the item that I purchased because it is an item I purchase frequently at Home Depot and it was exactly where it always is (bag of perlite for the garden). The price at Home Depot is less than the price at nearby competitor stores, and I find that Home Depot maintains a better quantity in inventory. Don't mess with MY Oracle Road Home Depot location, in Tucson!

The Oracle store seems bigger than the other local Home Depots in Tucson Central area. It also has a better garden area, my personal Disney World, and a larger selection of products overall. Great clearance aisle caps and the employees are so helpful they actually can be pests. (affectionately said)

Ginger Dixon was attentive and offered prompt service in obtaining the correct Kitchen hardware, she even assisted with a prompt checkout since I had hundreds of door handles.

Store was clean nothing in the walk ways and the two associates I talked to were friendly and helpful!

I was just picking up a few garden items and associates were most helpful in offering help for larger/heavier items. I used the self checkout and an associate came running so he could scan the heavy bags of potting soil (I didn't have to lift them again).

The store was clean and the ceiling fan and light fixtures I wanted were easily found. The store associate who checked us out was very helpful and pleasant.

I went to Home Depot today with a list of things to look for. I found them all and around every corner was another Associate willing to help me. I love shopping there!

I was making a frame for a case for my daughter's doll collection (some 50 plus Barbie Dolls) and no easy task, since she is special needs and does NOT do well with change. I did not share that fact with your associate , Cory. But, it really did not matter, since he was right on it with getting me the right board material to use and doing all the cutting to make the frame. I was AMAZED!!! He was so pleasant and skilled in his task, he even helped me out to my car with the pieces. You know, it is not EVERY DAY that come across such a positive outcome to such a WHIM of an idea that I had in making this case, but I am SURE it was your associate CORY, who really made it happen. i told him i would be looking for him on my next trip in....take good care of Cory...and thank him again for me. We were helped at every turn by friendly, informative, knowledgeable associates. I have been to Lowes more than once, and came out feeling like I must be invisible, or that no one actually works there. It is just the opposite at Home Depot. Every associate at least said hello, and three of them answered questions or came to our assistance. The checkout people are always so kind and pleasant. Thank you. You're not my favorite store for nothin'!

I have been shopping at Home Depot for a long time and have always enjoyed getting what I need when I need it. Thanks for the terrific shopping experience!
