Had to remove paint from a deck this summer and couldn’t have done it without the advice and suggestions we got from HD employees as we purchased tools and materials for the job. They asked about our project and directed us to store personnel with experience and expertise is the area. Their guidance was spot on and we even ended up enjoying our project. We returned for tools and items for additional outdoor projects and sought help from employees for those as well. We had great success that we feel is due in large part to the helpful HD people. Thank you!

I appreciated how helpful the employee was when I was so ignorant about something as simple as choosing a ladder. The woman at checkout was friendly and patient with helping me use my coupon.

I often shop at Home Depot. I live locally and can always count on them to have what I need. Only rarely do I have to order something to ship to the store. When I do order something it comes almost immediately. Home Depot is convenient and the staff are always helpful in troubleshooting what I need.

We bought an air conditioner from Home Depot in early May. We were told there was a 90 day return policy. We tried it out and it worked great. W didn't need to use it again until the weather got hot the end of June. Worked great for about a month with no issues, then we realized it was making our electrical outlet extremely hot. We unplugged it and returned it to the store. We were then told that the return policy was actually 7 days on air conditioners. We were also told that they were working on getting this information out to the employees. How convenient. I would never buy an electrical item if it only had a 7-Day warranty. Home Depot has very deceitful return policies be careful about what you buy there because they may change their return policy without notice!

Employees at this store are like Robots with blinders on, they cant tell you where things are and arent very helpful when asked questions.

I dont understand why home depo doesn't hire more people at checkout stands now they done away with any checkout stands only SELF SERVICE checkout stands. Now they film you while you checkout. No Bueno! I dont like it. I like the food old fashioned American way. Hire more people and give better customer service.

Went to buy Lumber. ( was completely out of stock in the dimension I needed) The aisles were full of stock that had been there 3 days earlier. Most of the lumber carts were filled with stock and I had to roam the parking lot to find one.

Laurel is an asset to this company. She was accurate pleasant and went above and beyond the average home depot personnel

It's a smaller store, and usually has my household needs. Not so much contractor stuff.

I go to the local Home Depot exclusively. If an item isn't in the store I go on-line and usually order for delivery to the store or at my house. Very convenient!

I highly recommend this store. Employees provided excellent customer service and located the products that I needed.

Julie went above and beyond to assist me today at the Marsyville store. She was not only extremely helpful, she is the Bookkeeper who can also mix paint! HD is lucky to have such an awesome employee.

I was a was looking online for an airless painting sprayer sprayer, I thought it said in stock. But it was in store pickup. Christina just happened to call me over. She asked me if she could help me, I said yes mam and she was appreciative for the greeting. I explained and we got I what I wanted ordered, then we tried to send to my house. I have an account but never had a delivery. So for what ever goofy reason it just wouldn’t work. She was so patient and determined. She got other employees and it still was being stubborn. So we sent to store,I said no problem I’m always there. Thanks Christina.

Best customer service employees

I bought Home Depot’s brand of a power tool kit. There’s things in it I’ll never use, the sales guy treated me like I was too much of a bother & like he thought I am stupid. I worked in Construction previously & am familiar with tools. The store seemed to be hiding the items. (a single, smaller, battery operated circular saw) & maybe a small buffer/sander. I ended up with a brand I never heard of & with more stuff than I needed sold to me by a guy who was rather a the rude, or annoyed side. Definitely not the helpful type of people that used to work at this Home Depot. I’ll go elsewhere I guess.

Don’t charge for delivery service if you are going to dump roofing materials wherever.

Franklin went above and beyond for me. Everyone was telling me no about a specific item but Franklin found it and made it happen!

Home Depot needs to stock items within their stores that people actually need without having to order the simplest things online! Simple air filters for a fridge have to be ordered. Makes no sense to us! These are small items no one wants to hassle with ordering these.

Had all the stuff I was looking for.

Hire more real checker and get rid of self checkers.

Inside the store it was hit and miss but overall, good selection and nice staff, clean store..

Franklin and Christinia did a great job - I give them 5 stars. Franklin showed me bathroom sink pop up stoppers, I bought varieties, went home, tried it, found the one that fit. Christinia helped me to return the ones I did not need and refunded me back. Thank you!

My mom bought bathroom items (e.g. shower head, spigot converter, sink trap). We had the most amazing store associate, Ken in plumbing, help us out. He took my phone call that morning to let me know the store had the product we needed. My 92 year old mom and I came into the store and he was gracious, extremely caring, patient, a consummate professional in every sense of the word. This was also someone who was working, even after having had a recent hip replacement. He walked us over to help us find our product, explained how it would work, answered our questions and make sure we had everything we needed. Thank you for a great experience.

I went to Tulalip Home Depot today to purchase a small hose end sprayer/applicator bottle of moss out and two 1/2 gallon refills. I checked online last night and the app showed plenty of stock of both products. When I arrived at the store, there were several hose end sprayer bottles but zero 1/2 gallon refill bottles. I ended up speaking with the assistant store manager Sonja, who happily offered to sell me the hose end sprayer bottles for the same price as the refills! 2 hose end spray bottles for the price of one refill bottle!
