After inquiring from an associate, I found the product I was looking for. It was not quite what I was expecting, but it turned out to be better for my purpose. Great store.

I had been to the flooring section before since I purchased a carpet about a month ago. I asked at the desk for some help. The Younger person came right over to help me. He spent about 20 minutes with us . After he confirmed that he had enough tile for our needs. He checked us out and then helped take it to the car and helped load it. You need to advance the man because you have a winner in him.

Skip in the Paint Department was very patient with my tricky request. We had trouble finding a standard paint color in the computer but he tracked it down. After he mixed a gallon of this, he transferred some of it to a small container and at my request, added a different pigment to that. Now I can experiment with mixing different amounts of the new color into the gallon, to mask a pinkish tone I don't like. It was a messy task for Skip but it meant a lot to me, because I'll get the color I want in my home.

This store is awesome, the convenience of knowing the availability (on stock) and where the items are located, by using the apps or the Home Depot website I knew exactly where to go. In some occasion I purchased the items that were more than I need. I returned the items, the customer service associates gladly took the returned without questions or hassles. Since then, Home Depot is my first choice on appliances, garden /supplies and tools, electrical, lumber to name the few.

We were "swept away" with the outstanding store, project availability and extremely helpful clerks who take you right to the product! The wide variety of products is amazing and it resulted in us purchasing 3 door retractible blind windows which cover your existing doors! They are INCREDIBLE! Keep up the good work Home Depot! :0)

Andrew was Great! The item I needed was only available with the purchase of a large variety pack. He offered me the variety pack at a discounted rate, thereby saving me a little money but more importantly allowed me to get what I needed to complete my project. This makes twice in a couple of months that Andrew has taken care of me and made me feel like a Valuable Customer. He is largely responsible for my returning to your store and purchasing items I need.

I am refinishing my decks. I found the proper materials and tools necessary to complete my task. The sales associate was very helpful and possessed the knowledge to make my visit pleasant and quick.

Paint desk was up and "running" on the 4th of July. They got our order out quickly while we picked up some added hardware. everything was on a card and ready to go when we returned to the desk a few minutes later! WOW! Never had that happen before! Something has changed for the good at Home Depot!

Awesome customer service by Morris who was able to assist us with all our decision to purchase the BBQ we bought. He was very friendly and professional and he made it a great experience. And Jeffery the cashier also was very awesome to work with as we were checking out with his positive attitude and his awesome customer service. I went to Hope Depot to purchase and have a storm door installed. The associate was late for our appointment, input the order incorrectly, and the company hired to install my door has made 2 appointments with me and still hasn't shown up to install my door. I will never hire Home Depot again or purchase any big ticket items there. Very bad/ongoing experience.

Most everyone was helpful. We were ordering a carpet and ended up paying much more than we could afford. It was probably our fault. The Color of the carpet was an awful color when it was laid down in the house. We had to get another color and since the original carpet was cut, we had to pay thru the nose, so to speak. The best thing about this ordeal was Nichole who was a great help.

Every time I come to this store the associates are very Knowledgeable and friendly. I always get everything i need and a few things I needed that I didnt realize that was very helpful with my projects on my house. The best all in one house maintenance store anywhere.
