I needed a Dehumidifier at the last minute I bought a GE

I went in to buy a washing machine and came out with 4 appliances. Paige helped us. She was phenomenal. We had excellent customer service from her. We will definitely come back and ask for her when it’s time to do the floors!

James Hawkins help me set up an account and order the items I needed. I am very pleased with the service I received.

Will not be shoping there anymore, Very disappointed..if my daughter had not bought i would of walked out.and got a refound....

I have shopped at Home Depot stores both in Mississippi and Alabama when I was working. It was regularly a hassle to get some help.

I have been shopping at Home Depot for over 35 years. I’ve been a general contractor since the age of 18. I have a pro account as well and I do all my personal shopping there as well too. I love going there. They know me they greet me when they see me. I always bring my service dog with me, Winston, which is a golden retriever, Jeff and Bill love seeing Winston along with a lot of other customers that are normals every time I go there looking for something nine out of 10 times they have it and they have a large quantity of it and if for some reason, they don’t have it in stock because it’s something they normally don’t carry but they have it online. I will order it through that they have a customer for life. I can’t imagine shopping anywhere else, and if by some reason I do go to that other place let’s not say might bring bad luck. It’s because I fell and bumped my head and I’m not quite sure where I’m at and leave abruptly lol I thank Home Depot for all the good service. And I will always shop there. I’m not only get what I need there, but have made good friends there.

As always, a store full of courteous professionals making my experience there better than the last.

Employees have no interest in helping customers, if nothing is done about this, please do not ask me to fill out a survey again.

Besides Eli giving great customer service, there is an older man who works close to the ceiling fans who gives outstanding customer service.

I just have to give a big shoutout to Luke and Dakota at Home Depot! They were absolutely wonderful helping me with my plants yesterday. Their knowledge, patience, and genuine enthusiasm made all the difference. Because of their guidance and encouragement, I now have a beautiful garden that brings me so much joy. From helping me pick out the right plants to offering tips on how to care for them, they went above and beyond. It’s rare to find such thoughtful and dedicated customer service these days, and I’m so grateful for the experience. Thanks again, Luke and Dakota — my garden is blooming because of you! 🌸🌼🌿

No help loading heavy materials

Tupelo store was amazing! Clean environment, well stocked and all the employees were very helpful.

I went in looking for a 2 specific items and thanks to the app I was able to find it with no problem. All of the employees I came across were super nice and friendly and was willing to help if needed! I absolutely love shopping here!

The two gentlemen who helped us were amazing. Thank you Brian and Colby, you were so helpful. The young lady at the service desk was also great. Thank you Amanda I believe her name was. Great experience.

Shopping for refrigerator had several to pick from with prices and sizes on them so you could compare. Ordered one. Salesman very knowledgeable,friendly and cute.

We purchased a 10 foot ladder to help with our repairs after the tornado. Wished we had bought one earlier. It will be helpful inside and outside.

Received the box in good shape. Box was about 6’ tall was excited till I opened the box. Holley inside box was roughly 3’ in a 4 gallon bucket. Very nice looking plant just much smaller than advertised.

So someone abused my e-mail address and now I've been asked to review this place. I've never been there, and never will be. Home Depot should just implement an e-mail address validation feature.

I'm not doing a lot of home improvement right now, but when I have in the past, the Tupelo Home Depot tends to be my first stop. I can usually find what I need, and someone to assist me if needed.

Bought week ago. Very satisfied with product and service.

Purchased an electric range and some DYI material. The staff was friendly, helpful and courteous. Cashier invited me to apply for a Home Depot credit card. Application process was fast and approval was instant with an immediate purchase discount. I drove 35 miles and will gladly return for all my household needs in the future.

Things need to be in their place. I know this is a hard task as people pick things up and set them down in wrong place. I picked up a light for outside, stocker said 45.00 dollars. When I checked out it was truly 100.00 dollars. The girl at check out gave me the opratunity to go back and change it but I didn’t want to take time to go back so I paid the 100 and went on.

I had questions and wanted to special order flooring but there was no one available with the knowledge to help me.

JAMARQUES was my cashier today and he remembered me from yesterday shopping in the garden center. He was such a sweetheart. He was friendly, very helpful and had a very bright attitude. Keep up the awesome job.
