Went to purchase cabinets, Nathan was extremely helpful and gave me great advice, even helped load.

Wolfington was willing to help us find the products we needed. He was very knowledgeable and was eager to help us.

Went to buy several smaller items. When I checked out, I was greeted by Dianna. She was quite friendly and made checkout quick and efficient! Her customer service was quite exemplary and her friendliness made my morning. Thank you Dianna!

We are very pleased at the level of customer service at this location. Even when they are very busy they do their best to assist multiple customers. The employees seem to really care about helping the customer.

I asked an employee for help (Jeramy), the employee was at the cashier check area, I had placed my shopping cart an in aisle just long enough to get some items from a shelf, when I got back my cart was gone, I asked the employee for some help, his answer was: WHAT? DO YOU WANT ME TO FIND ONE CART IN ALL THE STORE.. and also, just how said it that was just plain rude, not even could you give a minute, and I can help you or I can find someone that can help you. I have never had this type of experience at the Twin Falls Idaho store. On the opposite side I asked another employee for some help she was more than willing to help me, she was able to locate my cart and she made sure I was 100% satisfied, her name was Angela.. thank you Angela keep up the good work. I talked to the person in charge, and I felt like he was not that much concerned about the employee's rude behavior.

Why are there no cashiers? Why do I have to do that myself? Why don't I get a discount since I'm replacing one of YOUR employees?

We purchased vinyl plank flooring, washer and a dryer. Neither has been delivered

I had to buy a new washing machine and have it delivered as quickly as possible. Dave was a cheerful, relaxed, and accurate help!

I am thankful for Precious and Juston from this store. They are extremely helpful and know what TOP NOTCH customer service is about!! You need more employees like them!! Its people like them that make me shop here.

I am highly disappointed with my local Home Depot. I went in for lumber and first off couldn't find an empty lumber cart anywhere. The lumber aisles were full of carts but had either damaged lumber on them or garbage from lumber stacks. There was garbage all over the floor and aisles were blocked. We had to navigate 2 aisles over just to get to the back lumber aisle. There were appliances all down by the ladders and redwood, and a bunk of lumber blocking off the aisle with the 2x10's. As a long time shopper at this store, I remember lumber aisles being clean and neat. Management needs to step up and lead instead of walking around doing nothing. The poor girl covering lumber named Amanda was helpful to me and she was so stressed out with the lack of help during power hour. I will be taking my business elsewhere.

I was blown away by the kindness last night. So many helpful employees, and they all seem very genuine in the desire to help us.

I got what I wanted with a little help from very nice workers.

When I tried to use my veteran discount I was told I had to have the ap on my cel phone. I DO NOT have a cel phone so was told I am not eligible for this discount due to Corporate changing their policy.

The appliance staff were knowledgeable, helpful and friendly.

I am very unhappy with this place. Went to purchase several items including clearance items. I was refused being able to purchase the clearance items because they scanned at .01 cent. I had an immediate use for the clearance items and would have installed them that day. This is a wasteful store policy as I suspect the items were put in the dumpster.

There are just the right amount of interaction. I was not hunting for sales people nor was I bombarded with hovering associates.

I have made at least a dozen purchases in about the last 6 months and every experience has been excellent. Would recommend for all construction projects.

Mean lady very bad mood. Asked for cash back got 40 dollars in one's. Nice

This store has come a long way in recent months in having good inventory as well as great staff to help you find and get what you need. They are consistently friendly and helpful with loading your purchases.

The store was very clean all the employees were very helpful and kind especially when being new to the area
