Love this store! Will shop here for all my DIY activities in the future.

Paint department is always ready and willing to serve you - what is most important is that even if that one person serves the area - she may have a customer in front of her but she acknowledges your presence by saying "I'll be right with you - I have five customers ahead of you" - the important factor is acknowledgement - you are not just standing in l ine, but know that she will get to you ASAP - which she did in 10 minutes!

Friendly and always smile.knowledge of their products is a plus too

After 20 minutes I finally found a associate. He was pushing a Refrigerator and hitting everything in his way including my Grandson. Ask for some help and he Advised me to just go on line and look for it!! so on my way out the door empty handed. I asked one more associate and he sent us back to the same place where we got the advise to go on line. He thought that might be the best area to go. ok went to Lowes and got all the help I needed. Project Done

This store have the best prices. Everything I need to repair my home. No complain.

Easy access from 880. Parked without having to deal with carts all over the lot. Walked in and found what I needed and checked out without any waiting. I shop here often and never have any issues getting what I'm looking for.

From entering the store to exiting after my purchase... my experience was quick and painless, all thanks to the staff. The sales person in the washer/dryer department was ready and able to explain the available products to me with ease. He was clearly knowledgeable with the department and the operating system, which made it easy for me, as the consumer. I also had excellent service from the associate at the service desk. She was able to walk me through all of the steps to applying for a credit card and she was friendly and also highly knowledgeable with the store as well. Will definitely come back to this store again in the future.

Salesperson Justin from Appliances department is a very good salesperson. Does not take no for an answer especially on buying the extended warranty. Justin is very knowledgeable,

having the front door keys matched to the new deadbolt lock was completed and help from Fred and Oscar was a very excellent our overall experience, there knowledge of the way that the locks work and the way the keys work was very important to mom and I so we could understand that there help was right to see what we wanted done

Be very cautious at shopping in this location please I had a very dissatisfying experience in this location

I was working on couple of Pinterest project that required help in the lumber department. Everyone was so helpful and fun that helped me accomplish my project well!!

The associate, Ed, was very helpful and knowledgeable about the appliances. I am remodeling my house and I bought all the appliances at the same time with the help of Ed. He saved me quite a lot of time.

I received help from the store associate when I need it. I was looking to buy 5 different window blinds and i got a great associate to help me with selection. Cashier Shaniqua was very friendly and helpful. She had a great attitude.

I love shopping at Home Depot as i get what I need for my house

The staff were very helpful and friendly. the store is so well organize that it is easy to find what you are looking for.

Products were well presented. There were associates on the floor and eager to assist with a smile. Overall it was a excellent shopping experience. I love to go dream shopping at the store. I learned how to tile my home through one of their onsite instruction classes. It turned out great. I love this store.

Rajeev in Home & Garden was very helpful in locating 2 different BBQ models I was looking for and telling me which ones were boxed and which were assembled and ready to go. He then labeled one box with my name as it was the last one in the store. When I arrived to make my purchase, his manager Shannon was very knowledgeable and helped me compare features and quality of the 2 BBQ's side-by-side. When I chose the boxed unit, she also offered to have it assembled for free if I had time to come back and pick it up. I told her that neither the box or the assembled BBQ would fit in my car, and she told me that they have a very affordable truck I could rent for an hour or so to bring the BBQ home for $20, or I think I could have it delivered for $80. So as soon as it is assembled, I will rent the truck to bring it home. Very happy with the helpful staff and my shopping experience at Home Depot.

In the past, I avoided the Union City Home Depot. Service was bad if it was available. But Wow! They have changed. I was quickly shown to the appliance department. A sales associate walked up to me as I entered the department. The associate was understanding of my needs and offered options tailored to what I needed, not what the associate needed to sell. The transaction went quickly. I got what I needed and the installation was scheduled for the following Saturday, a day most convenient for me. I would go back to the Union City store.

If we want to save time and money than only home depot.

It's always easy to find the items I wanted to bu. Check out has always been fast and easy.

I needed some parts to complete a table, because the manufacturer shorted them. Upset, I headed to Home Depot, hoping my go-to store would have them. Lo and behold, they were in stock and affordable. I nearly cried with happiness. There's nothing more irritating than buying a product and opening it to discover it short-shipped materials to complete your ability to put it together. I'll never buy from that unreliable manufacturer again, but I will DEFINITELY be back to my Home Depot, because I can always count on you guys to be there to save my projects. :)

This is my fall back store if i need something that may be hard to find. Been going to it since it opened/.
