Very Big and Clean

Help is not around when needed. Employees are to busy "PURCHASING PERSONAL ITEMS ON THE INTERNET" to help.

This is the largest store!! they have everything you need for a home remodel. The staff are friendly and most eager to help. and the topping is the store manager will even step in when you can't resolve you matter on the lower level. My experience was great. Let's just hope the reviews on my LG appliances prove to be false. The store was clean and my goodness the bathrooms was super clean for a store that large. very impressive.

Store usually has the best selection due to size, but online quantities don't match store inventory. Also, had a poor experience waiting at the returns desk while employees were socializing at the customer service desk. Had to wait 5 minutes for someone to come & ask me to come thru the store & perform the return at the customer service desk (with a large flat cart). As I was leaving there were more people waiting at the returns desk with the employees not notifying them to come to the customer service desk. Either they were too lazy to man the desk or didn't care about their customers enough to put up a sign & tell them to come to the customer service desk.

My husband and I went into this store so order some things for a renovation. We were fortunate to have Hope assist us. She was a pleasure to work with and her costumer service was absolutely remarkable. She helped us complete an application for a Home Depot credit card and also helped us order our supplies. I can't say enough good things about her. Thank you Hope for making our experience so great.

This store is great looks good always have a full stock, the employees are friendly and the checkout is fast.

Clean and has a great amount of product to choose from. Well displayed and easy to navigate. Didn't get a chance to go through the entire store, but will do the next visit which will be very soon.

They usually have what I need when I go and I have never had a long wait at checkout (and when there were long lines in the past the customer service desk has opened up for a few items).

There are no checks and balances to ensure that the vendor making deliveries has received your order. The computer system with Home Depot needs to be tweek so that the store and the consumer received confirmation of the order. I waited for my day before delivery phone call, I did not received the call from the vendor, had to call the delivery vendor who had no record of my order, so now my order is push back an entire week due to a computer glitch. So Home Depot just cost me additional money in order to bring back the contractor because of there computer malfunction. Home Depot fix your delivery system. This is unacceptable, remember "TIME IS MONEY" you did not deliver as promise and its costing me more money.

I have always had a good shopping experience they have what I need.

Incredible customer service! Marc is the most helpful salesperson I've ever met; he single-handedly fixed the problem I went to the store to solve. I brought my disabled friend's computer stand to alter it so that it could fit my friend's new computer. My friend and I didn't know what to do so we took the issue to Marc. He spent an hour and a half with me and my friend figuring out what to do and how to do it, and then he made the alterations himself in the store. Marc was the absolute best. The store is also clean and has anything you could ever need. All of the other staff I've interacted with have been helpful and friendly. I've gone there several times for other repairs/projects, but today I felt compelled to leave a review because Marc went so above and beyond.

The sales associates and cashiers are friendly, helpful and professional. This Home Depot is fully stock with a variety of items to choose from. I would recommend this store #0915 Vauxhall to my family and friends.
