Is outdoor power equipment on sale for Spring Black Friday?
The Home Depot Spring Black Friday Sale is back and better than ever. Save big on outdoor power equipment and lawn and garden, including lawn mowers and mulch, then update your patio furniture or grill so you're ready to enjoy the season. You can also get a jump on spring cleaning with storage and DIY projects by taking advantage of low prices on tools. Don't forget to embrace energy-efficient living with new appliances, too. This spring sale runs from April 9th through 22nd, so remember to shop before it ends.
What do I do to prepare my home for flip-flopping spring temps?
Be certain your home is set for spring temperature shifts by repairing or replacing faulty components of your hardscaping and home. On the outside of your house, inspect roof shingles for damage that can let water in. Vinyl siding and chimney caps should be changed out if they're in poor condition. Keep gutters clear of debris to prevent ice dams if you're still prone to winter storms. Also, check cinder blocks and bricks for cracks, and ensure indoor ceiling tiles are free from water damage. If water freezes inside the cracks, you could be in for a headache.
What types of moving boxes do you have?
Make storage or moving easier by picking up a variety of moving boxes. We've got the sizes you've been looking for, including specialty ones like wardrobe and TV boxes. Cushion your items with bubble cushion and moving blankets to ensure your belongings make it safely. Remember to check out our moving truck rentals if you need those, too.
Should I get an inverter generator or a portable generator?
Enjoy power in your home even after severe storms take it out. We've got the options you need when searching for a generator for sale. Inverter generators are cleaner and quieter than traditional portable generators. They adjust to whatever power load is requested. This means they'll make less noise while they create less power. When shopping for generators, keep in mind that portable generators are more affordable and generate more electricity than inverter generators, but they're louder and heavier. Always run your generators outdoors, away from doors and windows, for safety purposes.
What are the benefits of doorbell cameras?
Enjoy safety, peace of mind, and privacy with a wireless or wired doorbell camera. No more peeking through a peephole when you can view animal or human visitors in real time. Some doorbell cams even let you speak to whoever is at the door via your phone, a useful interaction for delivery people or to scare off would-be porch pirates. Most cameras integrate with your smart home app or hub to give you flexible accessibility. Choose to save video clips for future reference and worry less with more control.
