I have purchased most of building material at vauxhall store. plenty parking, widely choices.

This is just my go to home depot just plain and simple.

You can’t find anyone to help in the isles.. and employers stand around at the check out while you scan your own purchases at check out!! Put them on the registers for faster check out & in the isles for Help when we need it!!!

The check out associate was extremely helpful, Sales Cashier Yvette (0915 00008 01894) was extremely helpful, informative, engaging and humorous..

I always like going to the store because they have more products than other Home Depot’s and it is always neat.

Awesome experience with the manager in the light department, he went above and beyond to help me and explained me everything that I needed. He was kind with a great attitude.

Great store to shop at.

My wife and I visited Home Depot #0915 in Vauxhall NJ. We were shopping for a wire closet system and spent time in isle #10 trying to figure out what we needed. Rocky came over and helped us out. He explained the different systems, helped us figure what we needed for our project and made sure we had everything we needed to complete the project. He took time and explained how to install each component and covered everything including details that I didn't think of and would have created delays during the installation. I would like to say thank you to Rocky for helping make our project a success. Thanks again Rocky.

Consistently good customer service

Have shopped there many times. Very difficult to get any help, especially from Customer Service believe it or not.

I don’t know yet whether my new HD credit card will give real benefits. But I was happy that Yvette at checkout proposed me to do it, after more than 10 years shopping at HD twice a week in average!

Sale rep Carmen went above and beyond her duties to help me choosing and locating specific model of the product I was looking for. Thank you Carmen and the entire store team!

I observed a customer service team that seemed to be understaffed at the time however working hard. I did notice Ebony H directing traffic and keeping order in what had to be a stressful moment. Kudos to Ebony H and her team.

The worst experience I have ever had with the store until I went to the store on the weekend and was approach by a loss prevention officer for my receipt for some thing I purchased I will never shop at the Home Depot ever again.

I made a purchase yesterday from entry the customer services was great. Chi was a employee that helped me. The cashier was great as well her name was Davena. Overall the store was great.

Went to the Vauxhall Home Depot you can find help. There are employees everywhere. Most stores you have track someone down to get help. Not here.

I prefer this HD best of the 4 that l shop. The store is well stocked and organized well. aisle access is easy. (No merchandise hanging near your eyes or on the floor blocking aisle entry)

Do not go here if you are doing a small job yourself and need a little help because the people in the paint department are rude and nasty when you ask a simple question.

My cashier at the return station was very polite, patient, and professional. We had a lot of stuff to return. She was patient and professional. The return was smooth and did not take long.

I furnished my entire house with your products since 1989 and I am very happy with the quality of the products and services
